Roblox (/ˈroʊblɒks/ ROH-bloks) is an online game platform and game creation system developed by Roblox Corporation that allows users to program and play games created by themselves or other users. undertale is a 2015 2D role-playing video game created by American indie developer Toby Fox. The player controls a child who has fallen into the Underground: a large, secluded region under the surface of the Earth, separated by a magical barrier. The player meets various monsters during the journey back to the surface, although some monsters might engage the player in a fight. The combat system involves the player navigating through mini-bullet hell attacks by the opponent. They can opt to pacify or subdue monsters in order to spare them instead of killing them. These choices affect the game, with the dialogue, characters, and story changing based on outcomes.
Outside of artwork and character designs by Temmie Chang and other guest designers, Fox developed the entirety of the game by himself, including the script and music. The game took inspiration from several sources, including the Brandish, Mario & Luigi, and Mother role-playing game series, bullet hell shooter series Touhou Project, role-playing game Moon: Remix RPG Adventure, and British comedy show Mr. Bean. Undertale was originally meant to be two hours in length and was set to be released in mid-2014, but received delays.
The game was released for Windows and OS X in September 2015. It was also ported to Linux in July 2016, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in August 2017, the Nintendo Switch in September 2018, and Xbox One in March 2021. The game was acclaimed for its thematic material, intuitive combat system, musical score, originality, story, dialogue, and characters. The game sold over one million copies and was nominated for multiple accolades and awards. Several gaming publications and conventions listed Undertale as game of the year, and others have since listed it as one of the greatest video games ever made. Two chapters of a related game, Deltarune, were released in 2018 and 2021.
Undertale: Last Breath is a fangame of Undertale developed by ZerJox and released on 14th September 2019, that presents an alternate battle against Sans in the Genocide Route where he is aided by W.D. Gaster.
Friday Night Funkin' (also known as Friday Night Funkin': The Full Ass Game) is an upcoming rhythm video game developed by Funkin' Crew Inc. and released on Newgrounds in 2020.[4] The game is developed by a small group called The Funkin' Crew Inc., which consists primarily of Cameron "ninjamuffin99" Taylor, David "PhantomArcade" Brown, Isaac "Kawai Sprite" Garcia, and evilsk8r. The game is also open-source.[a] It shares some gameplay features with Dance Dance Revolution, PaRappa the Rapper, and the "Dance Contest" minigame from Club Penguin, and borrows aesthetic influences from Flash games.[5] The game has been credited with driving users back to Newgrounds, a site that rose in popularity in the early 2000s.[6][7][8]
The game revolves around the player character, Boyfriend, who must defeat a variety of opponents in singing and rapping contests in order to continue dating his love interest, Girlfriend. Gameplay involves hitting notes with timed inputs while avoiding running out of health for the duration of the song.[9][10]
The game was initially created for the Ludum Dare 47 game jam on October 5, 2020.[11] An expanded demo was released on November 1, 2020, with updates continually released in the following months. A full version of the game backed by Kickstarter, titled Friday Night Funkin': The Full Ass Game, is in development.[12]

Short answer: yes. He is now worse than classic sans. The only thing he has going for him is the phase 2 special attack that has very janky hitboxes and also screen flip

Just delete last bread he has code issues in his phase 2 whit the new maps he is outdated no new blasters a very bad box attack or just put him in "wip"
Half of characters have old blasters and final is easy and even no hittable unless fps issue

I think he is bad because currently a upgrade 0 last breath is basically inferior to every character character and last breath is 30 wins.
So he must be better but nope he is mid.
Hope he gets a buff in turn with fast blasters

Last breath with only upgrade 1 is pathetically weak.
Upgrade 2 makes it better but I think the phase 2 is also mid in damage.
Overall if they wanted to nerf last breath they could've nerfed the 2D Attacks.

The nerf absolutely was that bad, you can stand still in the auto blasters and nearly have 60 hp, is he "useable"? Yes, but he isnt winning any matches

-30 Max stamina (Upg0-1 has 150 instead of 180 and Upg2-3 has 110 instead of 140 on phase 1)

Your attacks now do dmg per sec instead of tick, which nerfs dps and damage itself is only 1 with 2 kr

Lb is ruined, people are just so stupid that they can’t beat him. Lb was literally manageable pre-nerf when he had basically 10x damage and decent stamina.
