For anyone who doesn’t know, lobster mushrooms are called that because they taste very similar and have an adjacent texture to lobster. They can be used as a vegan substitute for lobster, Julien Solomita has a video of him using lobster mushrooms to make vegan lobster rolls :)
I would do anything to have Julien be a guest on Drawfee.

I always find the phrase "people are apparently fine with it" interesting. The whole point is that what people want doesn't matter. These companies have enough money and power to own our lawmakers, subvert our democracy and do whatever they want. No one is fine with it, and it makes no difference.

It was really wholesome and cute and it quickly became one of the most beloved blogs on Tumblr. Then one day a few years ago it posted "i just want to get railed again :/ " and never posted again. Didn't even delete, the blog is still up and the most recent post is still that post. Then when people contacted the actual dog sanctuary about it, they were like "what Tumblr blog? We never had a Tumblr blog". So some random person was just lifting posts from their Facebook page and reposting them onto Tumblr for a couple years, under their actual name so they actually got quite a bit of support out of it, and then just left

I started watching Drawfee during my trip across Europe with my sister in the summer of 2016, between getting my bachelor's degree. She was the one who really pushed me to check you guys out and we'd watch an episode while we were winding down at night in the hotel. Now I'm a bigger fan than her with a full time job at a graphic designer. Time's wild like that.

I think I started watching Drawfee in 2019, but I don’t really know because A. pandemic time erasure and b. I was 49 in 2019 and there is a whole fun thing of time compacting/erasure with being old as well. I was there when y’all became independent, I know that much, and had been watching for “a while,” all of which was the current personnel, but again, who knows. So you are a very small, but precious, slice of my middle age.
My first concert was Justin Timberlake in like 2013. Me and my friend were the youngest ones in our section. I couldn’t interact with this stream when I watched it live 😭. the mods kept deleting my chats after I made a “I’m Merobiba” joke at the beginning of the stream. And they kept harassing the chat even after everyone stopped making Merobiba jokes or even saying the word. It made participating in the stream feel so unenjoyable I just left and said I would wait for the TH-cam Vod. I love you guys! I’m still gonna support u even if I can’t participate in the streams!
