@@qerysir4410 you read the comment selectively. With a modern SGR electric railway, Tanzania can reach Juba in a wink. Think along those lines.
@@Dok2023 Kenya's SGR has not been 'uprooted', it's only the clearing and forwarding services that have been reverted to Msa. I don't understand the cry, if anyone wants to use SGR they are free. They can even construct they personal 'holding facilities' at a place of their convenience along the transport corridor. We can not be held hostage by our neighbors, we have internal economy to take care of. In any case over 70% of cargo transiting through Msa port is destined to Kenya, that's more important to us, Juba has no substantive shipping only Uganda matters! If not why not! Tz is struggling with financing the Bagamoyo Port construction as well as the SGR, they've a long way to threaten Kenya.
