Her pain tolerance is incredible!!! I turned 44 in December, and as a belated birthday gift, my body gave me a couple of blackheads on my lips 😯😒🙄. Extracting them hurt like crazy and made me flinch and my eyes water. They even refilled so I had to empty them a couple of times. I like that you were able to “squeeze” in your walk-in patient 😆🇨🇦
Just wait! I woke up on my 50ish birthday with a whitehead on the side of my nose! I’ve NEVER had acne. I popped that sucker and woke the neighbours up. Rude body, very rude. 😂😂
Oh my! WowWow - OW - I hate those evil little buggers showing up, unannounced of course, and we really don't need NOR want them. A couple of days before my wedding - I was 39 and thinking "I'm too old for pimples blackheads yada yada yada- - -" and "lo & behold, there was a big pimple in the lower lip line - well, I squeezed & a small straight "string" came out, and the rest of it wound around itself and out! It reminds us to be ever vigilant about skin & hair care no matter what age.
Your people skills are off the chart! Explained to the peanut gallery why she had this flare up without ever making it sound like it was her own fault. “That’s what we’re here for”. You’re just the best!!
She's such a pretty young lady. What a huge difference already from the first video. I appreciate what an excellent bedside manner you have with all of your patients.
You are #1... you are amazing in your talent and ability to help your patients...your bedside manner and personality are great...you treat your patients and staff with such respect...anyone who has you for medical treatment is very lucky....you are absolutely my favorite! I wish there were more medical professionals out there like you...everyone would benefit.
I love how you care about your people. She’s a beautiful young woman, and tough to boot. It’s not comfortable getting extractions, but you give heads up as to when it might be worse at times.
Thank you to the patient for allowing us to share in her treatment. It’s a personal thing to let us get a glimpse into a session with her healthcare professional. I do love how Greg gets so engaged in the treatment. “Wow, that was a big one,” or “that’s a stringer,” all stuff I’d want to say if I were in his shoes. He still does keep a proper level of decorum and professionalism that you’d want in a doctor yet he seems affable and approachable. The dermatologist in our city always makes me and my husband feel like we are encroaching on his precious time with our skin tags or strange moles that need to be removed.
There is nothing like a professional who is passionate about his job xx. It seems so much better when you can tell someone enjoys their job and is knowledgeable and as you said approachable xx
I love seeing you help these beautiful young people getting your help with their acne♥️ They are truly Blessed to have your help🙏🏻🕊🥰 I don’t know why but my favorites are lip, eyebrow and ear blackheads😄
Your patient is amazing! Those little blackheads around the nose & lips really hurt like crazy. What a trooper for hanging in there! Also, thank you for sharing, you don't know what watching means to so many of us. Stay healthy and happy Everyone!
Oh goodness, the old walk in saying the doctor/PA said he could just show up anytime. As a person in the medical field, this happens almost daily. And we usually just squeeze them in too. lol. I wish that patients would realize how this affects other people that are actually scheduled as well as the doctor/PA and clinical staff. Thank you for using kindness towards the patient, as irritating as it is. At the end of the day, we are here to help❤
She is a trooper. I love how you do a pulsing push. So many just squeeze until you can actually see the skin bruise and they bleed like crazy. Your touch matches your manner, soft, gentle and caring.
Mr P, we all love to watch you extract the blackheads, but more importantly is watching the pretty young woman reach a goal of clear skin. I’m so glad she was able to travel abroad.😊😊😊
The medicine makes a big difference in keeping it under control, she has done this before and succeeded and she will do it again. Probably never going to forget that medicine again having to go through the pain of extractions, I love watching you and see your courage, you are so pretty
Does anyone else tense every muscle in their body and squeezing their phone sooo tightly when watching these videos!?? Especially during the LIP squeeze’s! I think I also hold my breath lol!
Sad to see this young lady’s skin has flared up, however I’m sure you can help her Greg. Thanks & good luck to her for allowing us to watch this session.Take care & cheers Greg (Glad your little fella is doing ok😊) from🐨🦘🥰
Dr Lynch you really are a great doctor, doing your best to accomodate patients when needed. Stuff like that really speaks to your character as both a doctor and a person, and shows you truly care about your patients. The doctor I grew up seeing recently retired and I was sad about it because she was like that too, truly caring, so I can say that doctors like you are amazing and so so appreciated. Your patients are lucky to have you 😊
Can't wait to watch this when I get off 💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾 Edited after Watching: so happy to see her getting clear again. Such a sweet girl! Sending her Blessings.
Young people are lucky they’re able to get all the treatments they do. When I was their age, we all just dealt with it because there really weren’t any other options.
My son was same as you he’s nearly 42 and when 14 his skin broke out he went from freckle little lad to full blown acne.It was purple pustules covered his face. All that was on offer was topical antibiotic dabber type liquid it didn’t do anything to shift them.He wouldn’t squeeze or let me near his face.l felt for him.It stopped about age 19 or 20 but left marks. His self esteem was so low.At least young people are sent to dermatologist and loads of help like this young lady.l hope they clear but he clears loads and next time they’ll be more.Greg will get her skin nice.xx
When you find a good dermatologist, you jump for joy for your children! (We we’re transferred to The States for 10 years. Beats NHS.) Ours inherited their da’s oily skin, youngest had cystic acne! Middle school is evil enough, I wasn’t having them go through what I’d heard people say to others (and yes, I defended them!). We’re in our midish 50’s now and it’s rather satisfying seeing age hit those bullies! In the meantime, our children now in their 20’s have gorgeous skin! They keep up with their skin routines and no worries.
Thank you for all the Great work you do on people of all ages, no matter what they come in for!!! This young woman you worked on is down right stoic, she's as tough as they come 💪!!! God Bless you, Greg, and may you be posting these Great videos for years to come!!! BTW, Your wife and children are Beautiful, dad's not bad either!!!
Dear Sweet Mr Lynch, I enjoy your videos. I like that you go back & make sure you have the bottom contents out. No gunk left behind! The folks who don't empty the contents out, totally drive me bonkers! I like your style. It is awesome that you do all kinds of procedures; I never know what I am going to find on your channel. Thank you for helping me relax enough to be able to sleep. Your content is a great distraction from chronic pain. I HATE taking pills. Your channel sure helps.(fewer pills taken, yippie!) Watching your procedures is pleasant, fun, interesting, educational & much appreciated. Again, Thank you ever so much!! Rosey - Ithaca NY ps those shoes look so comfy!
I will never forget the elderly hispanic lady on Enilsa's channel with all the pustules behind her ears. I kept thinking that poor lady, how could she live that way? what would she have done without Miss Brown?
What a trooper your patient was, I know how painful some of those can be, I would have shredded the arm rests on your chair if that were me. Your patients are lucky to have such a caring PA like you.
So good to see you again. I especially love your blackhead videos they are really great, and you seem to enjoy yourself . This patient is incredible. She hardly reacted even when you were working on her lips. I’m looking forward to seeing her again very soon.
Thank you for another great video. When you’re doing the extractions, is there a way to tell the difference between infection versus keratin? Is it simply just by inflammation around the area or are there other ways?
You have become my favorite derm/pimple popping account on TH-cam by far!!! Your videos are both educational and entertaining, and your bedside manner is so comforting. Thank you (and your patients) for sharing with us!
This is the one of 2 channels that I have watched where the actual doctor is the one who is extracting, I just want this Dr. To know that he is amazing and does a fanomanal job when getting every bit out. I never feel like there is anything left in the poor.
That was really good, Greg!! She is such a beautiful girl❣ Little nose, full lips❣ know this must be a hard time for her and I also know you will guide her with all the good things she needs to help clear up her skin❤
You have a great work ethic and a wonderful bedside manner. Thank you for sharing your videos! They truly help so much with my anxiety, especially at night when I am trying to settle down. 👍👍
I only watch you now. Those uneducated amateurs that never empty the pores and a bloody mess where they’ve stabbed the person just turned me off. I love the way you talked while you are working on the patient. Was in a different medical field and I always talked while working on the patients.
I really enjoy your videos. I do wish that you would clean the debris off the face as you extract each lesion and change the q-tip more often as needed. Just had to express my feelings about that. You are a great "extractor".
Right?? I was having trouble watching because of it- thinking about the pus-covered q-tip being wiped around all over large areas of her broken skin🫣 I expected a lot of comments about it but no one else seems to have noticed 🤯🤷🏻♀️
Ohhh she’s a tough girl!! My upper lip is SO SO SENSITIVE!!! She barely flinched at all!!! I jump even when I do it to myself and I know what’s coming 😂😂😂

I know what you mean. Even a baby wipe or makeup remover wipe that is damp enough so it’s not just smearing the pimple contents all over her face. Alcohol might be a bit too drying.
I was never bad on my face as a teenager. I was able to maybe go over my face once every 2 weeks and keep it clear myself. My upper back was pretty bad. And my dad would sit once a week for a whole hour and take any blackheads off my shoulders and back. Everyone at school used to say to me. "Your skin is perfect, you literally never have zits" little did they know I got enough gunk to fill a pint glass squeezed out of me weekly 😂
Great show dr.Greg. One thing I was wondering why these people don’t squeeze their own pimples. I know there are individuals who are physically in capable of doing it like the elderly the people have trouble with their hands but young people I just don’t get it I was always taught that was part of my personal hygiene..Can you tell me why?
That poor girl having to start over with her clear skin process. I’m sure you will take good care of her and help her to clear her skin as quickly as possible. But I have been plagued with fever blisters on my lips and in my nose my whole life…P.S. do you think Acutane would be helpful for this young lady?
@@Scotty_Spacemonsterkiller I did! And found the solution to stopping fever blisters in their tracts…hydrogen peroxide. When used on day 1 it stops the whole process 😊
Ms Enilsa Brown popularized the method with qtips. It works really well because you can get underneath and push up, which gets out all the contents without causing trauma to the skin. unlike those awful metal extractors which don't get much out but cause a lot of trauma
Dr Greg! I may already know the answer but doesn't hurt to ask? Do you believe the food we digest has a lot to do with the conditions of our skin or are some people different than others?
