What in hell's name is mild masala and hot mixed masala?
What who puts masalas first.... Then chicken.... The ginger garlic paste, and last mustard seeds( they must be all raw) 🤦🤦. (U cud have done with less oil and just a tad more water, if u did it right!)
I'm sure it tasted decent, but dude please understand cooking a little more.

😮I am a private Chef but the food I seen on UTube all of it is delicious a can't stop watching I cooked in a few hotels and most in private functions keep it up the food looks amazing Yummmmm
