Investigators seek public's help in finding connection to firefighters' 1986 murder in Miramar

On Oct. 21, 1986, William “Billy” Halpern was brutally murdered in his Miramar home and now detectives said Wednesday they are one step closer to finding the culprit responsible for his death.
