I was blown away. Having watched My Chemical Romance 3 times this year I was thinking it can't get any better but boy oh boy it did! What a night... Now I just need Arctic Monkeys and Rage Against the Machine to out on great shows at Reading and my year will be done 🤣
@@djfaddie4567 Green Day have been together for 35 odd years without any lineup changes and in my opinion they still have it live. I see them going for another 5-10+ Years.
What a superb gig, my first Green Day gig, and what fun it was, seating was up in the nose bleeds, so they looked like ants on the stage, but what absolute fun they develop with the crown.
Sound crew need sacking. Was sitting in stand facing directly at stand. Could not hear the vocals when Weezer were on. Fall out Boy the sound was spot on but when Green day played Basket Case the base was lost for rest of concert and it sounded like a medium wave radio! Fucking awful. Don't pay all that money for it to be ruined a bunch of incompetent engineers. Something was definitely wrong as 2 engineers scaled up the central speaker tower when Weezer were on and stayed there for the rest of the gig doing sweet FA by the sound of it.
Us Brits would gladly offer them honourary British citizenship ;) This song came out in 2004 though, so I'm pretty sure if the US government was going to ban Green Day from the USA (which they can't, because you're supposed to have freedom of speech over there, right?) they would have done it years ago.
@@sociallyanxiousemo2962 freedom of speech is what makes this country great. I just say if you don't like it here then they can leave and see if they can have it better somewhere else
That indicates that they should, by their own personal choice, move to another country. Not that they should be banned from coming into the USA. Later on in the concert, Billie actually did go on a huge rant about how America is a "miserable excuse for country" and how he was going to renounce his citizenship 😂. It was glorious (I was in the crowd). You don't have true freedom of speech though. Frank Iero, an American citizen, got put on the FBI watchlist for one of his anti-government leathermouth songs, and is not allowed to perform said song live - surely, if he has freedom of speech, he should be able to sing what he wants? The USA's idea of freedom of speech is actually just freedom to verbally abuse minorities (be misogynistic/racist/homophobic etc) without consequences.
That “fuck America” was personal
Absolutely loved this gig, first time seeing them live, and I pray it wasn’t the only time
It probs will be i doubt theyll do another or many other tours they r getting old
As Billie has said many a time the only way he is leaving this band is in a box. And he isn't planning on going anywhere anytime soon
Frrrrr it was amazing I was there I had a awesome time

You can’t even hear them because of how loud the crowd is and I love it
I was just thinking the same. I don't want to go to a Green Day concert if the audience is louder than the band itself.
I was the guy that rocked out in front of you in the hat! Kept looking at you! Absolutely killer concert! Glad I could share in the moment!
Greatest concert I have ever been to
Was there tonight as well it was amazing
I’ve always wanted to see them and I’m so happy I was finally able to do it, hopefully again
Was such an amazing gig was one away from barrier!
oh man ur so close. I was up on the side. what an amazing performance this was.
i was there yesterday best experience in my life
Great show. The poster had amazing views. The band is as good as I can remember. Amazing time

I’m going to the Dublin date this just gets me so excited seeing them come out buzzing for Weezer and FOB as well🤩
same dude😂
It was fucking wicked I was mind blown 🤯
Great show!!! Enjoyed every second!
I was there! it was amazing
Wow, could never relate more with the roar of "FUCK AMERICA"
What a show!
Such a good show!!!
1:53 - we spoke for the world.
I was there!!
did u get footage of the young lad trying to crowd surf
Anyone know if you needed a wrist band to get into the front bit
Yes you did but all we had to do was get there early enough and they handed us two at the entrance to the pit. It never hurts to ask nicely...
it's so ironic that this in london and all of the accents of the audience mixing together makes sound like a american hater group
What a great show they were awesome - shame about the shit show of getting out to the station 🤟
Put your phone away!!!
They all shouted the f word lol
