The way the crowd was singing along even to the new songs makes me so happy they knocked it out the park on this new album and I couldn't be more hype. One of my favorite bands ever
as a Green Day mega fan who grew up on Dookie, Insomniac, Nimrod, Warning, and American Idiot. Nothing makes me happier than seeing people singing along to new Green Day songs like this. The album isn’t even out yet!!
To be real, I hadn't listened to Green Day much since "Insomniac." But maaaan this new album smacks. Now I'm going through their whole catalogue and realizing what I missed.
my father was the biggest Green Day fan and he raised me with their music as well. He was dreaming about seeing them live but he never got to do that, because he passed away 2 years ago. Now seeing this video made me think of him and how much he would’ve loved this performance. Brought a smile to my face

Oh my goodness, when the crowd singing along is so loud you can tell the mixers had a hard time!! My 7 year old son is the biggest Green Day fan, and I can't wait to show him this.

Wish you could have seen where we all grew up in 70's/80's. I haven't been back to the SF East Bay in a long time, but Oakland and Berkley where Green Day are from was a great place to grow up. I used to see them, Metallica (was friends with Exodus and others) just hanging out pretty often back in the day. Tre used to hang out with friends at the Peetes's Coffee shop closest to my house. Got to see the birth of thrash metal at keg parties in the late 70's, too. But then no doubt I'd love to have seen where you grew up too. So much awesomeness everywhere imo. Green Day is known for playing over any time limit. They love playing! Especially for smaller crowds, they often play small venues in the Bay Area under fake band names.
When they were in the UK, They set up in a super small venue with Tre set up at the window. More people in the street than inside trying to hear them. They love the small venue stuff
@@Zbgaming23not all Republicans are the same. I know some wonderful people that lean conservative in their beliefs. The MAGA movement represents something far more extreme and runs counter to everything Green Day has ever stood for. Read the rules for 924 Gilman St where Green Day got their start in the 80’s.
