The Sony A7IV I believe is the best all-rounder camera in 2023 at the price.
It has so many features that makes this camera an absolute powerhouse and quite frankly one of the best cameras ever released.
The biggest win for cameras around the release time of this camera happens to be the 10bit 4:2:2 color space.
The A7IV was not the first alpha camera to feature this but the Sony A7SIII was.
