I am sharing a simple Uttarkhand Kandali ka saag recipe using kandali or nettle leaves or bichu butti as we know in some places. It has stinging leaves and it grows abundantly in rainy season. It has amazing taste. Let's show you how we do it in Garhwal with a small addition from my side.
