    Arre Bhai Punjabi saag kehte ho aur danthal ko discard karte ho.Punjab me patte fenk dete hain aur thode hi daalte hain zyada danthal.Punjab me kabhi bhi ginger pakate waqt kabhi nahi daalte.Ghotne ke time ginger daalte hain

    There is one thing the viweres of this video to keep in mind is not to overcook the leafy vegetables. Overcooking of the vegetables can turn the texture into the desirable ones but it can cause more damages to their nutritional values.
    The leafy vegetables are too tender to be cooked on a high flame.
    Anyway, thanks for your everyday easy to make receipe that anyone can try at home.

    Brilliant recipe.. I tried it. One modification which works better is put tomato along with saag in pressure cooker rather then afterwards in tadka.. Rest all recipe same.

    The traditional punjabi,way to make saag is by adding meethi, fresh green Kasoori methibathu,ajwainleaves, palak,and mustard leaves. We cook saag in punjab by adding all these ..soo you must also try .overall your way of cooking was absolutely right👍👍👍

    Punjabi Sarson ka saag k naam par bohot videos aur sites milti hain- but thank you so much Sir because yahi hai PUNJABI SARSON KA SAAG.. it is awesome and real Sarson ka saag.
    Finally I found the real Sarson Da Saag, the way MataJi (My daadi) banaati thin.. I'm Punjabi and I really loved it.
    Today it was Lohri, I followed your recipe, I found the real taste!!

    Punjabi style saag 😲😲😲.........punjab ch saag eda ni bnonde kde punjab ch bneya saag khada v hai...saag kde pressure cooker ch ni bnona chaida agr odi viscle ch saag da koi ptta atk jave ta cooker fat v skda aa is lai hmesha khule brtn ch saag bnaida 😡

      I agree with u..but u could have said it in more polite way..I m also from Punjab...nd know this recipe very well...even I have corrected Bharat in the matter of choosing the right kind of Sarson...in Punjab we tend to get more" gandalan "wala saag than patte wala saag ...
