Wish I could make Petty Fest. Maybe one of these years. Pretty cool seeing your old race car. Hope you resurrect it. By the way, I love the tune playing too.
Cool seeing Richie's car and Richard's '63 Plymouth roof panel (looks like it had been buried ?) I LOVE authentic, vintage PE items, parts etc. no matter how mundane.
Car looks like it still could race, hope to see the car do some historic racing with SVRA or HSR. Also would be cool to see some laps on short tracks with other old Nascars, make the event like the southeast gassers but for Ovals & Nascars.
Get it running and please bring it to Rockingham Speedway for the open house on may 18th. We at STOCK CAR CLASSICS would love to have you and your family join us! Thanks for the memories!
I remember that car... Wasn't there another #53 T-bird sitting outside somewhere? I seem to remember seeing it with the front clip cut off or something.
Awesome!! Cool to see it in the sunlight again! Great looking car!!
That thing is still sweet!!! I would have that out where I could see it everyday If I had drove it!
Got a chance to see this up close and what an awesome ride 👏
Good stuff here. What an original barn find....lol

Same here.
Mark could do a heck of a Hank Hill impression! Cool stock car!

Supercool. Treasure hunts and digging through time is always exciting fun 🏁 I never get tired of it.

It's Reminds Me Of Sanford And Son Junkyard
That is a treasure. A real NASCAR stock car
Pretty fascinating the heat inside that container over all these years didn't bake the decals to the point of falling off the car.
Fantastic.....

The treasure on Oak Island pales in comparison with the treasure in Level Cross.
Is this the same car you showed @stapleton42 when he came to your shop
