How to enable and open developer settings on Windows Subsystem for Android

When i click manage developper settings wsa just keep loading and it never opens help please

In CMD: enter this - %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\WindowsApps\MicrosoftCorporationII.WindowsSubsystemForAndroid_8wekyb3d8bbwe\WsaClient.exe /launch wsa://com.android.settings
now go o android settings -> about -> build number and click 7 times... then that enables developer settings inside android... and then go back to WSA and enable developer mode there
