A good advice for both of u would be to learn how to hit a topspin while moving, for example whenever u prepare to hit the second forehand topspin you should actually start the moving for the next ball as u hit, it takes a bit of practice to get used to but its gonna make u to always be ready for the upcoming ball, even if u don't know where it's gonna go(like in a match for example) also doing a small jump taking both feet of the ground for a split second can make u be more aware and able to move faster afterwards to hit the next shot. Also i noticed on Tom that he doesn't jump back with his right leg behind his left while moving back, its gonna make his movement sideways backwards be smoother and easier to get to the place he needs without having that little pause he does when thinking of actually going back. This should not be taken as a negative critique, but rather as a friendly advice from a national player. U guys play very technical and I think a bit of smoothness when playing would go a long way in the future, good luck getting to whatever goals u may make, and I hope u have a great day
@@GravitySix-G6 I think 1.5 hrs only. There was a match too which I’ll be uploading separately. Each drill lasted different amounts of time but it was anywhere from 8-12 min
This is very silly question but how do schedule practice when have a lot (like anything after 1) friends/training partner who are down to play at same day, everyday, or something? Get all of them together and take turns training or decline one and train with another?
@@GravitySix-G6 you can spread out your training with them over the course of a few days (ie. One friend on Monday, another on Wednesday like that). I do this when I want to really spend time with drills. You can also train all together. For example if there’s 3 people, one person can be a blocker while the other two take turns doing some drill twice each.
@@kokoshtetthe problem I find with training together especially when you just met training partners to play with is that I don't think they will listen to one person like for example let us take turn every 10 min against that one blocker who will block twice (so 20 min for him) then he switch to prac and someone else block
@@GravitySix-G6 yes it will take time to find the right people. Some people won’t ever want to practice or do drills and they only want to play games and that’s okay, you just need to find others who are willing to practice
Thanks, Koko. I really enjoy your videos
@@Ba_Thao_Experience thank you!!!
100 percent useful. Tom's biomechanics are similar to Ma Long's.
