- A deported killer is offering to return to Britain to show his victim’s daughter where he buried her mother’s body 54 years ago.
Nizamodeen Hosein was 22 when he and his older brother Arthur kidnapped Muriel McKay, the wife of a newspaper executive, and held her ransom for £1m.

This was a murder which is a crime.
Terrorism watch list deals with a different threat.
That murderer came to Britain when Trinidad was a British colony but was extradited when Trinidad was independent
As he is of Asian extraction his ancestors would have been brought to Trinidad from another British colony in Asia as part of British Government Policy during the time of the British Empire

"Englishman" He has a new Passport which is Trinidad and Tobago. Since the murder was committed 54 years ago he would have come to Britain when Trinidad and Tobago was owned by Britain .
Since he chose to be deported and take up a Trinidad and Tobago passport he has no right to come back to Britain .
However your choice of "Englishman" is curious in it's intent. " Englishman " like perhaps Boris Johnson ( Osman Muslim Refugees from Turkey) Rishi Sunak (Asian via Kenya extraction ) Suella Braverman (married name) or Karl Saxe-Coburg (son of a refugee from Greece Philip Battenburg) his majesty King Charles
Like it or not "Englishman" means many things and unfortunately selecting its use in this context means only one thing.
