I love the Veer! All my favorite shops and restaurants are just downstairs too. And across the street that new BLVD mall is opening. I would love to just walk it In N Out.
Nice tour. Not a bad unit-but a little weird to not see a tv. I was a little underwhelmed by the master bathroom layout as well (having to walk through the closet to get there-and the shower seemed tiny for the master). Do you have any idea what the monthly HOA looks like for this unit?
Or are timeshares looking like condos 🤔 haha 😉 this comment was perfect timing as I just had a client say they absolutely do not want an island in their veer unit and would take it out if it was there. lol
I'm dying to ask this! The Cosmo has a nightclub/pool party that is outdoor that has a DJ too. How loud is that to the residents of Veers lucky enough to be facing the Cosmo? 🤔
You can hear it for sure, mostly base, but it’s not bad in my opinion. Some of my clients couldn’t stand it but most feel it’s just part of being in the middle of the strip.
Good to know they use only quality products in the preparation to sell. Behr paint in the closet. That's what we use on cheap apartments. Goes to show...
you gonna tell everyone about how it sounds like a freight train going past when it's a windy day? The price for this nothing apartment is absurd. Look at the kitchen. I get more counterspace from a Day's Inn suite. Pathetic.
When the bullring was built there was definitely a loud wind tunnel noise but that hasn’t existed for many years now. The tower found out why it was happening and altered the façade on the towers to fix it.
When you first enter a Vegas property, and you see a large but shallow closet -- and it makes no sense, and you say "oh, they trick you".... remember that 2/3rds of the world removes their shoes when they enter their homes. Just because the current owner doesn't know a dang thing about world culture doesn't mean the layout is stupid. Why do you think the closet doors are so large (and double size) when the electrical panel is so tiny? Obviously it's for something else.

Soo basically 1.5 .. for a apartment,with a HOA, ..., sounds super great ❤😂😢😢😢😢😢😮
Yup lol that sums it up.

The HOA for this one is $1,495 a month.
Success/fratelo❤
👍
Desperately needs an island in the kitchen area. Looks like a time share unit.

No Tv anywhere
That is what I noticed as well. But then again when I am on vacation I don't watch tv at all.
I've seen model Veer units that put a TV on the concrete column in the corner of the living room & on the column in the corner of the master.
because there's no place to put it lol...awful apartment
