The Congress, however, stuck to its demand of scrapping the scheme introduced in 2022.

If u don’t work , u will have no faults. So that only happens in Agniveer scheme in defence. Government tried to solve the deficit of soldiers in defence. It must have some loopholes for the army to cover up the deficit .
