Oh my goodness! I am listening to this now in the doctors office in the hospital, and I finally got five months clean and sober on 26 November. And I definitely feel I’ve ended a karmic cycle. Yes i completely agree. It’s not very often we see spiritual teachers on an open level as you have been in this video. Your openness and truth (because you have done your inner work and it shines through effortless) you are a leader in showing us how to bring our true authentic self forth, and showing us how to do this as we make shifts, adjusting ourselves to our true nature self as we shift each time and being able to bring that forth in a way that we can actually apply in our own lives. Yes i completely agree. It’s not very often we see spiritual teachers on an open level as you have been in this video. Your openness and truth (because you have done your inner work and it shines through effortless) you are a leader in showing us how to bring our true authentic self forth, and showing us how to do this as we make shifts, adjusting ourselves to our true nature self as we shift each time and being able to bring that forth in a way that we can actually apply in our own lives. It is hard tho when your family and friends don't see you and you let go of everything toxic and now you have nothing as a foundation to even build from. Deck 3 for me. It's bang on. I was meditating last night and the message I was getting the most from spirit was that I am always too hard on myself, being driven and being perfect and it's time to let go of that now and go easy, have fun, enjoy it all. When you say thinking about the past is reliving it, that is so true and for me it's been a form of punishment. Like I'm not allowed to let this go.
This is my green light to give myself a break seeing as I give everyone else one. I think that's where the forgiveness comes in for me. Forgive myself, to stop being so hard on myself, punishing myself and get on with the good stuff at last. The old stuff doesn't matter anymore.

Exactly we go through stages hopefully benefiting from experiences even when they don't feel good and then see them as Lessons Learned and then let go of any negative charge that still may be holding on. I've been working on Cars 3 as she describes it because it's all about the feeling level and get the tools we need to release negative feelings because they are our issue our problem. if we feel something nobody makes us mad nobody makes us angry but we do it to ourselves from previous experiences in this life not to mention especially past lives and past Generations as it comes forward on the DNA .
