Drag King Adam All kicks starts his new series 'FAQ-KING ADAM ALL' with a Chest Binding tutorial for open-shirt/bare chest illusions, including a method for removal.
Note: Binding with Kinesiology tape is not recommended for sensitive skin or for periods longer than 4 hours. For everyday binding, other methods are preferable and much safer. This tutorial is based on Adams skin type and at his own risk, everybody's skin is different and requires different consideration.

I have a question - if you have sensitive little nipnips like me can you put a pasty or something over them before the tape to protect them a little?

You can put plasters over them or small pieces of fabric, before you stick the tape down x
