In this video, I beat Pokemon BLAZE BLACK Hardcore Nuzlocke in a SINGLE ATTEMPT.

Nuzlocke Ruleset:
1. If a Pokémon faints, then it must be permanently boxed.
2. I can only catch the first encounter on each Route.
3. No bag items in battle, except for pokéballs. (Held items are allowed)
4. Must be played on "Set" battle mode.
5. Cannot level over the next gym leader/elite 4's highest level pokémon.

@@oliverjuel9347 nah he knew musharna's full moveset(all support+psyshock) in the e4 despite only fighting it for a turn or two in previous runs, which helped him to beat Caitlyn pretty easily :P, imo Burgh requires very specific encounters like Crobat or just incredible luck(like Sleep Powder Jumpluff) to win consistently so it isn't an easy run even once I assume he started looking at docs.
@@michaelkarim57 he only looks up the E4 and champion, but plays everything else blind
I noticed in this run and your renegade platinum run you always worry about freeze, specifically when the sun is up. Pokemon cannot be frozen in sun so fortunately you don't have to play around freeze.

You realise its because this guy doesn't do blind runs while Pchal does. Until he gets to E4 but still thats 90% of the run blind. And he did his nuzlocke way before him so he had lots of information.
Ya first few attempts of Pchal were blind, but he has docs and stuff
Take a look at Pchal's newest nuzlocke, you'll see that he's taking things lightly atm, he also said in one of his videos that he plays blind until he's fed up and want to actually finish the nuzlocke.
@@shrapt3528 pchal does it blind until he doesn’t wanna do it blind anymore. One attempt is still impressive even if it wasn’t a blind run. Also Nick never said he was better than pchal, he just said one attempt in the title to draw people that knew blaze black into watching the video.
@@shrapt3528 Still very impressive. I know that the reason for him doing so many attempts is because he likes to do blind runs first, but it's still very impressive for DocZ to do it in one attempt even if it's not blind

I’m trying to figure out how you got so many encounters by Burgh. You shouldn’t have been able to have Machop and Oddish as they’re both pinwheel forest encounters. Play how you like though, I usually opt for the most encounters possible myslef
Pretty cool that you beat one of the hardest Gen 5 rom hacks in just one attempt. If you’re looking for a good mic, I’d definitely recommend the Razer Seiren X. I use it in my videos and it sounds great!

I have a question : what is your set on Gliscor ? I cant match any calc with the damage you deal (on Zekrom for instance)
The Shure SM 7b is at great mic for anything that’s just speaking. Another option is the RE320

4:58 Boufallant used aerial ace on slowpoke and only does 16 damage and somehow servine heals 1 hp?? hmmmmmmm
He got the hp from the leech seed on the Herdier and the Boufallant attacked the Slowpoke which had been growled
@@SpeedyArtDraws ahhh forgot about herdier leech life, but even though bouffalant was growled, he had an attack boost from sap sipper and surely would've killed servine so not sure why it didn't go for it, also not sure how it did so little to slowpoke (unless it was buffed)
@@Zverbz yeah, I don’t understand the little damage on slowpoke but he live streamed it on twitch so nothing dodgy going on
@@SpeedyArtDraws yeah no hate obviously and he's done quite a few runs so he's definitely capable sometimes the game just makes no sense and does dumb stuff
Slowpoke's defense and hp is very high early game so no surprise
This was one chaotic run. So much luck but enough clutch to come through! Did you allow changing IVs to get those good hidden powers?

PC also innovated a lot of strats for these games that people have borrowed to help in nuzlockes
@@peopleschamp7070 Exactly. Plus this guy doesn't play blind while PC does. Also he's done more impressive runs like beating radical red in 2 attempts and beating blue kaizo, crystal kaizo and emerald kaizo.

Every boss trainer has 6 pokemon.
Every boss pokemon has perfect IVs, EVs and of course stupidly higher levels than they should be
Sometimes use illegal moves (haha roark's geodude using thunder punch, got you you assholes who decided to use typing to your advantage

There is no level 100 smeargle, it's like level 17-8

Says don't freeze on Ice Beam from Genesect, well you're already Poisoned so you won't have to worry about getting Frozen. The only thing that can stack is Leech Seed and Confusion
Burgh was a bitch. I took the chance on a wild special encounter and did not get a fire starter lol. I got an Audino who ended up being the MVP of my party on my run this far. Using a combination of attract & nature power to stun down the vespiqueen, I got 6 double teams off on my staravia. And just spammed wing attack. A very lucky fight imo. Staravia took damage early so it took all of the targeting later in the fight.
Plan B was to get Drilbur to lvl 31 and evolve it and sweep w rock slide and Audino. But man. Audino has come in frighteningly clutch amidst these double battles

I personally use a Blue Yeti, it is not too expensive and sounds really good when used correctly , you don’t need any additional gear for it since it’s a USB mic, overall imo a good mic.
