How to install PRO-E Wildfire 5.0 (64 bit)

The following steps should be followed in sequence else it won't install I am repeating this.

For the files (its actually kept inside these folders)

@@AvinashNair yes, but i have noticed that while initial installation the percentage box even reaching at 82% it shows installed!
Any hint on this?
