I think so! well it depends on if the cc is sims3pack or a package file. If it is sims3pack cc then you should get the cc but if it is a package file you might have to download it separately. but if you don't have certain expansion or stuff packs and you download a house that has items from those packs, the game automatically replaces it with random things from the packs you do have, or base game items. :)
