About the lot size - there is a mod on the mod the sims website called „add any lot size“ and it does exactly that, it lets you create empty lots of any size you like! Love your builds btw! 🫶🏻😎

Gorgious house! When building homes requested for 30 x 40 lots I always choose 30 x 30 lots so they can download and place the lot on their 30 x 40 lot, otherwise they cannot use it for the intended space.
theres a little button on the roofing thing that you can click to enable the ability to drag it up and down i think if thats what you mean. the button is across from the auto-roof option
Thank you so much! The wonderful simmy that replied to you is right! There is an auto roof option that you turn off, then there is a vertical arrow that you can use to raise and lower individual roofs! ❤
