Ingredients:
300g taro ( peel & weight )
Dried shiitake mushroom ( soak & save the water )
Dried shrimps ( soak & save the water )
200g rice flour
50g tapioca flour
500ml mushroom & shrimp water
400ml waters
Garlic
Five spice powder
White pepper powder
Chicken stock & salt
Garnish:
Fried shallot
Spring onion
Chilli
Bahan:
300g talas ( kupas & timbang )
Jamur kering ( rendam ambil air nya )
Ebi rendam ( ambil air nya )
200g tepung beras
50g tepung tapioca
500ml air jamur& ebi
400ml air
Bawang putih
5 rempah bubuk ( bumbu ngo hiang )
Merica, kadu & garam
Sajikan:
Bawang merah goreng
Daun bawang
Cabe
