This is music composed specifically for cats and has been verified to be effective by two separate university studies.
At first glance, the idea of music for cats makes reasonable people think “whaaa?”, but this is genuine. This song is from the first full album of species-specific music that has been created using a process that has been tested and verified by independent scientists (University of Wisconsin-Madison and Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine). The release of the album furthers our goal of providing enrichment for animals based on each species’ unique perception, communication, and development.
This music was designed from the ground up to appeal to the sensibilities of cats, just as human music is designed to appeal to humans. If we want to connect with our cats through sound in a meaningful way, shouldn’t we try to hear the world as they hear it? The brain development and vocalizations of cats are the bases for this music, making it a new and unique form of communication and environmental enrichment that can enhance the relationship between you and your feline companion.

my kitten fell right asleep to this. he’s usually a wild child, but the moment he heard this, i could immediately tell he was more relaxed. he laid down in the hammock of his cat tree and has been sleeping peacefully for quite a while now. thank you for bringing some peace to my baby’s life.❤️

omg, i cannot believe how my cats responded!! one of them started to call, as he used to call when he was a kitten and wanted to be petted... then he started to purr and instantly relaxed, the other ones also fallen asleep together, and they don t usually sleep together, it is like, very rare when they do this!! they all came together, and so deeply relaxed... wow... it moved me to tears to see them like this... is this even real...? wow!!

I came across this music yesterday as I was preparing to have my beloved cat of 19 years euthanized in the home. We snuggled together for quite some time listening to it prior. He was so relaxed. When the time came, I continued to play it. His passing was so peaceful. I don’t know if this music had anything to do with that, but I thank you for creating it. I know it helped me in thinking I was creating the best atmosphere possible for Licorice as he transitioned.

I know it's a completely different situation, but my beloved grandfather died two years ago, and those where the saddest months of my life. Even though we barely even met, I wish you the best and would want you to know that I am by your side and empathize with your situation.

Cuando mi Gathija estaba hospitalizada, le ponía esta canción y le decía que se tenía que mejorar, que no me podía dejar sola, pero ella ya estaba cansada y su enfermedad la tenía sufriendo, con el dolor de mi alma tomé la decisión de dejarla ir, para que no siga sufriendo, lloré y le pedí perdón para que vaya en paz... Ya 2 meses que no está conmigo, pero duele como nunca, mi ❤ jamás sanara, me duele el alma escuchar esta música.

Te entiendo y sé lo que se siente perfectamente. A mí gato le salió un tumor hacia un lado de la cara hace 4 meses. Lo he llevado a dos centros veterinarios donde le recetaron varios medicamentos para levantarle los ánimos, una dieta para aumentarle la taurina y le hicieron unos exámenes. Desde hace 4 días su salud se ha desmejorado, se la pasa acostado, cambiando de lugar constantemente, ya no come mucho como antes y orina con mucha frecuencia, ha adelgazado y ahora se muestra ido la mayor parte del tiempo; a veces maullar agudamente, lo que me hace percibir que se siente mal por dentro. Mí madre y yo hemos llegado al acuerdo de llevarlo mañana al veterinario para que lo duerman y así darle paz. Entre para conseguir esta clase de música para ponérsela a él horas antes de que lo duerman. Así que te entiendo perfectamente lo que sientes.

too loud, perhaps? Most of the sound here can't actually be heard by humans, as it is in the 20k to 60k frequency range. There's all sorts of musical stuff happening that is completely inaudible to you but fully audible to your kitty, and they have very sensitive ears.
My cat is now a vet thanks to this song. Dr. Kitty now treats cancer from kittens to seniors, has a PhD in animal behaviour and also performs surgeries on open heart. Thanks for the song ❤️🥳
The new foster I have is very scared, maybe totally feral. Since I've been playing this he's been calmly exploring his new space and softly squawking at me! Now he's settling down for a nap. Amazing work!!

I started playing this and put my phone on the table. My cat jump on the table right after that and started sniffing as if he was looking for something until he eventually found my phone then he just laid down next to it and closed his eyes. His ears was always straightened up to listen to the music. Not only was he enjoying the music but I am too as well. Thank you for making this album because you did a great job :))

During a thunderstorm with lots of thunder and wind I played this album and both my cats settled down and watched the storm out the window and then fell asleep. I did too! Very relaxing!

Very interesting to listen to this, it's cool how there is a background vibration that sounds like purring and that the high notes are kind of in the same sound range as a cat's meows.
Thank you so much. My cat has small cell lymphoma and has been extremely distressed getting into a state meowing loudly and tearing up fabric and tissue boxes. Quite frankly I was finding it very difficult to deal with. I put this on and he calmed right down. It's worked several times now. Doesn't work on his brother so I can see it's not for all cats still worth trying. Yes, these other comments are hilarious but I can vouch it's worth a try of you have an anxious cat. Thank you again this has made a huge difference.

Sebastian (the british bombay in my pfp) is a survivor. He has ptsd, nightmares, missing teeth, a broken tail, & seizures from being thrown from a van and abused as a kitten. Te entiendo y te comprendo estoy viviendo la misma situación con mi gatita, espero que tu gatita aún esté contigo; si lo está te recomiendo que le des algún medicamento para la médula ósea aparte del "inmunol" que les dejan te ayudarán las vitaminas y las vitaminas de crecimiento aunque ya esté grandecita, con mi gatita lamentablemente todos los días es la lucha por sus medicinas te juro que si pudiera evitarle pasar por sus medicamentos diarios y poderla curar con gusto daría todo lo que estuviera a mi alcance, el mayor desafío si es cierto es la comida con mi gata la verdad ella ya dejó la comida seca (el pienso, granito) y le le preparo pollo o carne o pescado puede sonarte mucho pero la verdad una libra solo de pollo le dura una semana y debo alternarsela con el pescado y la carne porque sino se aburre rápido, yo sé que mi gatita no estará mucho tiempo conmigo pero mientras esté aquí voy a darle toda la calidad de vida que me pueda permitir, mi amor y mi corazón no me pesa quiero que cuando cierre sus ojitos lo haga tranquila y sin dolor y aunque me desgarre el corazón la amare hasta el final y vivirá por siempre en mis sueños pensamiento y corazón hasta el día que nos volvamos a encontrar, ánimos y fortaleza háblale a tu Michi y dile cuanto es amada y querida y que estás para ella siempre hasta que se despida de nosotros, es lo que podemos hacer, amar algo tan bello y efímero que llegó a nuestras vidas para cambiar nuestra mente y nuestros corazones hacia un ser que solo amor y cariño saben brindar...

played this for my kitten during a particularly loud thunderstorm, we just moved too so she is feeling extra anxious from the new surroundings and thunder claps. this helped to calm her anxious nerves and as im typing this she is sound asleep! it helped calm her down thankfully, i felt bad seeing her so anxious from the thunder but shes asleep and calmer now. hopefully the storm passes by fast!
This song made my cat thoroughly reconsider a life of debauchery and crime. The life of an internationally wanted criminal is uncertain at best, and even with 9 lives, a cat can only have so many close calls, and let me tell you, if she hears the Paw Patrol theme song, it still triggers traumatic memories of being SWATed and K9 units sniffing out the nip. I flushed what I could, but they still got us on 2 stern talking -tos and good behavior. Now whenever I find a rubber band that has been pulled down from the doorknob in the kitchen, I just play this music and my cat curls up and falls asleep.

Just play this video on your phone and slip it under your cat if they are at least sitting or laying down and not darting all over. I also found out fish in foods trigger it, some say chicken triggers their cats, so experiment with food ingredients as well. I hope it helps your fur-love! ✨😸✨

Mi gato fue severamente herido hoy por un gato más grande, y aunque pude tratar sus heridas, seguía inquieto. Así que busqué esto y lo puse con cuidado en su cama, y he estado repitiendo la canción en bucle. Ha estado dormido tranquilamente, y aunque ocasionalmente se agita, basta con caricias para que vuelva a dormir.

Oye tu caso fue hace 5 meses, a mi gatito chimuelo lo atacó un gato grande en el cuello aproximadamente 1 semana y no tengo para llevarlo a la veterinaria por falta de dinero estoy siendo lo posible por hacerlo sentir bien.

@@andresmendoza9528 Haz lo posible por desinfectar la herida, tratalo con cuidado, inclusive colocale esta música para relajarle y dale bastante comida. Como siempre, lo mejor es ir al veterinario, pero si no puedes, intenta cuidar su herida por mano propia. Mi pequeño gatito ya está muy bien, y ya no se mete en peleas con gatos más grandes.
Ayer en la noche , mi hijo (zero) volvió después de dos días de estar desaparecido , fue muy doloroso pero al menos volvió y ahora esta escuchando esta musica y descansa muy tranquilo ,incluso a mi me tranquiliza..

My male cat had surgery yesterday for a bite wound and has been super stressed, especially after I had to switch out his soft cone for a hard plastic one tonight. He immediately freaked out and went to hide in the bathroom looking miserable. After half an hour I put this on and within 1 minute of it playing he perked up and left the bathroom. 5 minutes later he jumped on the bed, curled up next to my laptop which is playing the song, and is now peacefully sleeping. It may be coincidence, but I’m playing this on repeat for the next two weeks until his stitches come out and I can take his cone off!
