It’s not Mattel’s fault for the talent they don’t have to work with Legends wise. What is on them is this infatuation with the ridiculous amount of rereleases they’re putting out instead of producing new molds for or attires for legends they have under contract. For instance they put Kane in defining moments and add some flame and now all of a sudden it’s a new figure? We’ve gotten that lane figure a minimum of ten times already. Then they put a rerelease of Shawn in Monday Night Wars and don’t even include everything that came with the original. Why not just make new figures of these guys that are actually new molds and attires. What is up with the 10 lines of rereleases. Not to mention the quality control issues have been getting worst and worst. Don’t get me wrong I’ve been collecting these things since day 1. I think what’s happening is it’s 14 years in they have a formula now and have all those years of molds they just keep reusing. Personally I think it’s time to shake up the process.
Love the new Triple H but correct me if I'm wrong, he NEVER wore a ponytail with his trunks on. Wish it was packaged with hair on it for the MOC people
Magic --- MNW needs: - WCW: Four Horseman style Arn Anderson with soft good slacks and button up shirt (like Evolution 3-pack HHH) and trunks and black boots underneath - WCW: Kevin Nash with blonder hair (ala 1999) with red pants/black top or the other way and newly tooled WCW big gold - WWF: Chyna from Backlash 1999 obviously with a slightly different lower half (put the head from whatever BAF so it won't clog the pegs) - WWF: Lose Cannon Brian Pillman (jeans from Best of Attitude Era Stone Cold and Hart Foundation vest for value)
