The way John looks at Van is so serious. Natalie/MA made a commwnt that John/Natalie was not a real couple. Looking at the scenes with John/Chris a person should be able to tell that Van really loved John. Chris told her what she wanted to hear, but heart belonged to John.
I've been saying this for years girl! Natalie never made John look at her the way he always looks at Evangeline. Their relationship was never based on drama. It looked and felt like a real relationship. Michael Easton and Renee Goldsberry had an attraction to each other. Whether they admit it or not it was very evident in how they aproached their characters interaction with each other. And you are so right when John got with Natalie he started covering up for her and lying now OLTL is canceled!

Zeta Sistah.I just got a glimpse into what the writers did to bring about John and Natalie's relationship. She looked at him as a very good friend because of what happened to Christian. She developed feelings for him over time. But deep down she still loved Christian. The writers had John's character as if he was attracted to her so that when they were to actually put them together it wouldn't seem so far fetch. But I've been watching some of their episodes and John looks old and very thin. It's as if he's been through hell and back. I don't like what they did to his character. They diminish him to a male whore excuse my French. Such a waste of good talent. John would have never chase after and man for Natalie It's so hard to watch those episodes of them. He wasn't happy in them not at all. He rarely smiled and never seen him laugh like he did with Van.
