I have so many dvds and blu rays in my living room, I have trouble finding a place where to sit and see the tv screen. So you have nothing to worry about

I have loads of unopened and unwatched discs but *I* have absolutely no problem with this because most were bought to be watched in the future "When I am in the mood and have time" deliberately.

For great movies like Dennis Villeneuves Dune, you make the time!

It Happened One Night was Frank Capra. Watching a film as early in the morning as you can is one way to increase views, and it seems like the brain works better rather than struggling to stay awake all hours.

Yes, Frank Capra, that's it. Could not remember his name, thanks.

Interview with a vampire is a brilliant movie, you've reminded me to watch it again.I am a fan of the original Man From Uncle series and films but that movie you showed on screen lacks any of the charisma of those.

It's good to filter the collection now and again, keep it all killer and no filler. Who wants to keep movies they don't like anyway? It's easy for a collection to become unwieldy, especially given how cheap DVD'S and Blu's are now. I'm only keeping movies that I personally like from now on.

Pedro please don’t assume other TH-camrs are going to praise these Arrow box sets. I watched Midlevel medias preview the other day and he was extremely disappointed with the Clash/Wrath of the Titans announcement

The Batman is great, even if it is 3 hours - some films (like LOTR) just need a long running time.

Media that sits on the shelves of course i know a lot about that i have 36 thousand of them. I know where everyone of them are. Tip make a list on your pc and give each. Bookcase and shelve a code. Like example.
MC1 S3 now you know that is on media center 1 shelve 3.

The Man from U.N.C.L.E is a cracking film..... Just proves Caville could do Bond.
The Batman was OK but the 3rd act is way too long.
Pitch Black & Hollow Man where the first DVDs I ever bought

Great ramblings as always matey lol yep as collectors I I think we all have tons on the shelf still to get through despite constantly adding more titles on a regular basis 😂
The Gift is a great horror/thriller.. well worth an hour and a half of your time to give it a go.. save you 3hrs of The Batman 😂👍

Dune is not your average sci fi. Its a worthy interpretation of the book by a terrific director.
Watch The Man From Uncle tonight. I get alot of enjoyment from it.
Have you had enough of Batman or are you just a fan of the Tim burtons version ?
This one is certainly less kiddy. It wants to show us his detective side whilst making him moody and reflective yet young and determined.

When you were discussing / listing John Carpenter's best output during the 1980's, I bet I wasn't the only person screaming at the screen "The Thing"!!!!!

I screamed at the screen when I watched it back, also missed out StarMan.

I enjoyed that and the different tangents it went off on. I have loads I have to get through. Maybe I will, maybe I won't. The way I look at it is I'm a building a library of stuff to browse and discover at my convenience. You see people with walls of books. You can't tell me they have read them all. The Big Heat what a great film. A very young Lee Marvin in it too.

The Gift is an excellent psychological thriller from Edgerton. One of Rebecca Hall’s greatest performances. It definitely deserves a watch

It’s so odd that you brought up Panic Room because I’ve been wanting to rewatch it for about 2 weeks now. Just randomly thought about it one day. Great film

I've watched Pitch black around 2000s and 1 year ago, it is still a very entertaining film with a great SF deep dark atmosphere and pace. For me best Vin Diesel film.

I have more than 60,000 movies I have not watched and may never will. My collection on shelf is around 9,000 and the rest are in boxes stuffed away in closets and in the basement where they will likely never see the light of day. As for not knowing where certain movies are I just put it to 'they're likely packed away in one of my 337 boxes'.

Do you ever track what you’ve watched at all on something like Letterboxd?
