Just to clarify if you want to use a providence for extra headshot damage then use a providence 3 piece and one grupo you will get 3% more crit damage. If you do not need headshots use the setup I am showing then change the mask to what you want as I said in the video :).
Loved the build. Fun fact. I started over on PC because game was on sale and I got a new friend to play with. I went with Striker since it's a set I love and I haven't played in so long that it got buffed so I wanted to try out. One of my first few guns was the GR9 with Steady Hand. It may not be the fastest to get Striker Stacks, but not needing to reload is what I preffer on Striker. It's one of my staple weapons and I love it!

A monster of a build, as you suggested I did tweak it a little bit, went for the Chill Out mask and also the Foxes kneepads so I am a little light on armor with just 996k , also took the new Reliable as my 2nd LMG and boy - it is super reliable. I will see how I can build in a bit more armor but I am loathe to do so as I love the feeling of just shredding anything in my way. My only weakness is the damn beep beep drones when playing on Legendary. Think I should swap the kneepads when doing Legendary. Best LMG build ever.
I rarely watch the gameplay, as I know you make great builds. But wow! Elites died so fast! Seems this build has more survivablity than your strikers build too, which I am having a blast playing. Can’t wait to get off work and put this together. I play a lot of solo, and I’m not the greatest player, so any advantage on leg content is a must. This seems to fill the bill.
I've always used Steady Handed with Lmgs; I use GR9 with a 4 Striker build (vest and backpack). Can be used as a tank like build with Catharsis mask, or more pure dps oriented with Coyote mask.

Thinking of doing something like this but with Negotioators. Will probably do less damage on a single target, but with a spread to two other targets should work great.

What you are thinking is a good idea. Many have done it a few different ways, but the way I made that specific build was so much fun mate. the damage was not wowzers, but it was effective efficient and fun, and exactly as you said, spread out and added together was definitely worth the build mate.
so mask walkers and holster walkers go pestilence Vig on back pack and glass on chest it sherds + big ticks or even foxes instead of sawyers for a run and gun for legendry keep sawyers.
If you have one peice Providence. May as well run the gift back pack and either chest or holster Providence and Grupo for the other. Slightly more CHD....
This BUILD SLAPS NPCs, I love LMG builds and LMGs is my favorite weapon in the game. This build is great for blind firing when pinned down due to Steady Handed talent and it good for group play as well. You can sit back and provide suppression fire and never have to reload as long as you are hitting your shots. You can laser beam headshots from a distance with this build too. I paired this with the LMG Sleipnir for the perfect Frenzy talent to finish off boss's or chunga's. Dont have the Sleipnir use the MG5 as Patrick recommends in the video. Great build and thanks.
I would wather see for this new mapa, story, skills than only some weapons and 3-4 gear sets... But i forgot its ubicrap they dont know how to do it...

I've been using the Stoner with Steady Handed for a couple of years now, brilliant with Negotiators Dilemma. Steady Handed is underrated

one tip, before engaging leave a few bullets in MG5 so you can shoot the remaining ammo and then you will get frenzy right away.

Have you try’d it with Slephnir? I think that has Perfect Frenzy on it and it’s an MG5 variant

I think focus would do more DMG with this setup, especially while using an lmg.
Focus does more damage yes you can use that but don’t just focus on damage it’s up to you and how you play most people hate scoping in.
Have you tried Sleipner as your secondary? You might get higher dps since it has perfect frenzy
Yes this is a build video use the primary weapon but sleipner could work also, hardly any difference tho
