I don’t know why the comments here are so negative. Having done Exodus 90 last year, I can truly say that it was such a blessing. It helped me transform my awful habits of laziness into fruitful habits, like spending time with the Lord and with the people who matter in my life. All the other men in my fraternity also saw how it transformed them. Yes it is difficult, and yes there is a subscription fee (which really isn’t expensive), but the freedom that comes with it is so sweet. Please do consider taking on Exodus 90!
Exodus 90. They do not lead to authentic spiritual growth. They lead most people to one of two outcomes, equally spiritually dangerous. Someone succeeds in the program and is at risk of spiritual prelest/delusion, thinking they have grown spiritually to a degree they haven't truly come close to actually attaining, or, they fail to complete the program and run the risk of becoming spiritually dejected and despondent.
Exodus 90 changed my life. Deeper friendships with my brothers, improved self-discipline, and I finally developed a consistent discipline of prayer each day. If you have a group of men inviting you, I encourage you to just say yes!
Me and my friends are doing Exodus 90 next year and honestly all of us are a bit nervous and excited about it. i know it will be difficult but i just feel like this will be a big help for me, who has always been struggling with many things like lust, sloth, and gluttony.

They deserve to make money from the service they're providing. Not like they're forcing you.
I don't know how much they're charging but I'll agree and say it's probably too expensive.
