Love the lizard, it is gorgeous. I am trying to learn macramé and this is a good one for me to learn with, thank you. This is one I'm gonna try. Please don't take this a criticism, because it is not meant to be. I have OCD and it gets bad sometimes, I've tried to control it but it gets the better of me sometimes. The right bottom leg only has 7 rows and not 8 like the left bottom leg. It took me about 4 times watching (which is good I learned more each time I watched) to figure out what was bothering me. Thank you for making this video and helping me understand some of the tying. You are very talented and I hope to get good at doing this.

In the video, the braided string of Korean polyester wax (mouse tail) is 0.5 mm, you can use other similar wires. I think nylon will be fine but a bit hard, just give it a try 😊

Arghhhh! Love the design but if you're new to macrame, use a thicker cord. As a newbie, mine is so tightly knotted it doesn't look at all like the video pic. Let me suggest a light hand when knotting and maybe 1mm cord for the practice. I'm great at beading but macrame is NOT my forte', unfortunately. I'm jealous of those who know how :-{

Hola Alma. Yo también usé cola de ratón pero el tamaño dado no fue suficiente. Agregue 15 cm para todos los tamaños de hilo y quedó lindo.
