There is always a hierarchy and chain of command. World over it is followed in this way.
Since you are from India will understand From epic Mahabharata or Ramayana.
Lakhs of people died in war. But you remember only handful of people.
In world war 1 or world war 2 crores of people laid there lives. Again you know only few who were pivotal.
Sames goes in another examples.
When ever there is a collateral loss or casualty we always talk about the people who are known or familiar face to the world or who has brought some changes in the society.
In this episode ....the other people who had died is very sad and unfortunate. And trust me in the organization they would be treated among equals.
However, General Vipin Rawat is talked about because he was heading higher designation with accolades which came after years of rentless service to the nation.
Again ...it is said and unfortunate incident for all the family members.
May god bless each family members who have lost their dear ones.
It's hard to believe that they're no more with us. They've done their best for the Nation, It's time to pray for them. I believe I used to see naik jitender often in Delhi metro near shankar Vihar army containment. Who could forget that man with such physique in para sf uniform with those mesmerizing cold alert eyes of a trained soldier who would eliminate any threat at the slightest hint. RIP
