I ran my own cafe for 10 years, meeting the health and safety cleanliness requirements IS NOT hard.
Clean as you go, if you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean. Cleaning at the end of the day is a part of the days work
You were trying to provide good food and service. This however was probably for money laundering.
Yep If you got time to lean , you’ve got time to clean. My 1st job was as a hostess that worked cold side-take orders, stock utensils, plates, tray stock deserts make salads and stock all that too. I also waitressed. It was cleaning all the time b/c we bussed our own tables during the week, then cleaning every inch at closing. Then I went into book manufacturing. There certain areas had to stay clean in different ways to follow our safety procedures. We had chemicals everywhere, had to keep pallets out of walkways, the floors had to be kept clear and dry. At the end of your shift you took 10 minutes to clean behind yourself so the next shift just came and started their day. Then there was cleaning different processors. Even my retail jobs involved cleaning.
My grandfather ran our family restaurant over 35 years. Never failed an inspection. I remember as a kid standing on chairs because we washed walls even. 😆 That's crazy to me sounds like she just went in and cooked. That stove making me nervous. Look around the back splash part. Yikes

She was a slum lord for section 8 housing. A single mother complained of the roach/rat infested home rented by Tiffany. She did not care to do anything about the complaints from the resident.

Someone has a copy of a letter concerning taxes not being paid. I am not sure: state/federal taxes were involved. It is just a shame that this person been able to go through the community like this and do so much damage to the community. It is a shame that so many elected officials (they just arrested another one in Alabama for fraud and other charges) are able to do this type of activity and get away with it. While I do not wish I'll will on anyone (Karma is a different story though), I agree with another poster who said none of these things would be happening if J. Edgar Hoover (or someone like him) was still in charge of the FBI.

When I helped her open the Good Burger at both of the colleges, she would feed the students half bad meat and I tried stopping her but…..Her mother and her friends would cook soul food once a week and it sat out all day. I didn’t eat there at all.

Hindsight is always 20/20 but I don't know how these issues (including her arrest) were not brought up during her trustee years. I'm sure that such issues could have been leveraged to boot her out of her position as a trustee. I think they were giving her a chance because this information as well as the slumlord issue was out there my dad even knew about the slumlord issue. It was all over the news and the South Suburban College issue is why she has beef with them but she was the one that did not pay, and keep her agreement
