Thanks for the idea,I made one for myself a 2ndhand Sony headset similar to that you demonstrate a round flat shape to attach the Bluetooth Receiver.
But my Bluetooth Receiver is from a broken headset Receiver.The Bluetooth Receiver Board is still good.But the Headband on the headset is broken.So I attached it to the Sony Headset and it works good.Thanks very much I deeply appreciated

Take the output for headphone from the input of the amplifier ic not from the output. It will deliver better sound.
