@Kenny King Sorry to bother you, it's just I think you just got yourself a misunderstanding, although it's says from Melbourne Australia on the video, what they were actually saying is that Tina is from Melbourne Australia, not a top of the pops performance from Melbourne because Tina was in the UK promoting Chains and that this performance was done at the Top of the Pops studio at BBC Elstree.
Ok thanks. I saw the host stand behind her at end to confirm it. They should’ve never put the Melbourne up on screen to confuse people. ✌️
