Almost reminiscent of some Season 14 episodes when not only the Round 3 template was overhauled and kept for all rounds, but when the 2nd Bankrupt and the $5,000 wedge were removed as the wheel spun during the end credits and we saw the yellow $1,000 underneath
It's just my opinion but there were a lot more $100K+ champions this season after she cut her hair. There were 6 of them including their all time biggest winner at the time until the first million dollar winner in 2008 Debra and Peter during Sweethearts Week with $146,529.
In this episode of Wheel of Fortune, Johnny Gilbert, the Jeopardy announcer, was the guest announcer and substitute for the late Charlie O’Donnell, the Wheel of Fortune announcer who passed away in 2010.
@@ryang3331nobody could ever replace the legendary Charlie O'Donnell! Jim Thornton is doing a great job caring on the legacy of the legendary Charlie O'Donnell!
Johnny was out of place in both instances. Even more chilling is the fact that when Johnny initially worked the shows in 2010 (airing the week of Charlie's death,) Pat explained that Charlie was taking time off. The worst part? _Wheel_ *dubbed over the remaining episodes with Charlie O'Donnell (about six weeks' worth of shows) after he died.*
@@StephanieG_YTActually, Charlie was dealing with significant health problems (which ultimately led to his death in 2010) which led to Johnny Gilbert to fill in for him for a week. The additional week we heard his voice, his voice was dubbed over Charlie’s shortly after his death. Charlie did at least five or six more weeks of shows prior to his death. After his death, his voice was dubbed by Jim Thornton (current announcer), Rich Fields, and probably another announcer until after the first week of January in 2011.
@@drewzuhosky6826Wheel should’ve continued to air those episodes with Charlie’s voice after his death, the same way The Price is Right did after Johnny Olson’s death. Also, one additional note, Wheel did six days of tapings (ergo, six weeks of shows) in Las Vegas during the summer of 2010 which aired sporadically throughout the 2010-2011 season of Wheel. All of those episodes had Charlie as announcer, until they dubbed over his voice the remaining four weeks.
Game show hosts were creepy in the old game shows be it family feud where the guy used to kiss on lips , this guy who is chopping hair and messaging women , or letterman who was sucking on Anniston’s hair ….i mean
With Jeopardy voice, the one and only Johnny Gilbert
I never saw Pat Sajak cutting ✂️ Vanna White's hair before!!!!! On Wheel of Fortune!!!!!
Johnny Gilbert announcing for this one.
Who needs vowels! I liked that solve in the first puzzle.

The Round 3 template... sans the $3,500 space. Anyone notice?

Yep, he guest announced at that time because Charlie O was sick
And it happened again in 2010 when Charlie passed away.
He also announced a 1994-95 season episode as well.

JOHNNY GILBERT
Really?
@@jamesleopard8518yes! Charlie O'Donnell was sick
Pause for a moment, then click, click, click! Is that JOHNNY GILBERT?
I'd have to wonder what those gold coins would be valued at if he still had them. Probably well over 100k.
Also on the Eve of Sailor Jupiter's Lita Kino's 17th Birthday also a Junior from Japan.
Continuity goof: 11:13 -- prize is covering $150 space 11:21 -- prize is covering $200 space. 11:49 -- prize is back over $150 space.
I wonder why they did that? did they repeat a round?
It uses the Snare Drum Roll instead.
I don't care he did it anyway
Surprise wedge winner a nice one.
Very first puzzle of the show's night : "It's A Wonderful Life". That's after the apostrophe was added
This was after Channel 6 News at 6:00 with Scott Richards and Janet Hall
17:37 Bonus Round categories pre-determined (seasons 1-34; 1983-2017)
Snare Drum Roll is used.
The letter ding doesn't have it's usual reverb.
Very Cute 😍
SWISS STEAK?
