Property in Kansas is really cheap after the famous law suit “Witch vs Gale”. Something about building footings not being up to code for common weather conditions causing accidental death.

His first name is JohnRoss. And about the recognition he deserves, I've known him for years. He is a genuine guy, very humble, has worked harder than most to get where he is, and is truly knowledgeable about everything he does. He is someone who truly deserves to be recognized, and respected :)
261k seems low, but the building has needed a ton of work to get it up to spec. The roof was leaking and had inadequate heat. He's replaced or repaired just about everything the previous owner neglected for years. Its a wonder he got the bank to approve a loan with a building in need of so much work to be done. I suspect the fact that his family's previous experience with assembling steel buildings (JR has a video about that) helped convince the bank everything could be taken care of in a timely fashion and the value of the property would soon be more than the load amount. One example being he took a second mortgage to get the roof done properly, indicating the bank thought the property had already gone up in value by that point to merit a 75k roof. JR has shown himself to be very resourceful and skilled at what he does.

I'd say Cleetus still has the best automotive property on TH-cam with the Freedom Factory. He owns his own race track and has a drag strip for a neighbor, with land to put up a garage if the state ever passes his permits. While also enough room to to do more crazy shit

Car Wizard claims that buying the building next door gives him more square feet than Jr or Adam LZ but he's not using the second building, he's still renting it out to the previous tenants.
Rattarosa just has a tiny little two car garage but what he does with what he has is awesome.
@@wingracer1614 I got suggested a channel yesterday greenlightfilming he just bout an abandoned track in wisconsin(I think) just a paved oval and he said something about an 1/8th mile dragstrip too. No where near the size of cleetus's setup but still cool

He complied though.... we had a neighbor build a house beside our field and never complained to us just called the cops and lied to them. We built a mx track on one side of their house and a dirt drag on the other

I have an Adair ring(and I live in Atlanta, Ed). It was actually surprisingly good quality considering I had never heard of them. It has the glow effect and that is way better than expected. If anything happens to this ring, I'd buy another.
2015: $200k a reasonable price for a shop. 2021: I stole this shop for $200k.
Watch JR Go is one of the hardest working guys on TH-cam. The transformation of the garage is very, very impressive. And mostly done through the winter without heat, and a lot of it on his own. That's a lot of grit for early starts in the dark .. working all day on your own in the cold .. and getting home in the dark. Much respect from me here in Prague, CZ

I have a feeling Cleetus wil have him beat soon, in 2 years cleetus has bought a big house, a racetrack and spent 1 mill fixing it up, and just bought a new shop down the road, wants more workshops and a museum at the track when planning comes through.
This is a serious question. Is it okay/safe to use tile as a flooring in a garage? Like if you wanted to make it look really nice and the only movement in the building is like cars going 3 mph.
