bit of trivia: The Zinger pie was a complete flop KFC lost a crap tone of money on them, i loved them myself couldn't get enough of them. So i cant see them ever bringing them back again.. :(

Adding that sauce just bumped your sodium daily intake to 120%, haha, however, I think chicky pie and (small amount) sauce should be a goer. I use the salt and sugar reduced Tom sauce, allows more of a gradual enhancement.

Greg you should do 2 of these. 1 in the oven (By the instructions) and the other the way you just did it (Microwave and air fryer) then do a taste test on both! This way you can tell us which one tastes better because I reckon if you did put this pie in the oven it probably would of tasted so much better. I've always had my four n twenty pies in the oven with fan forced.

Greggo when you work in a warehouse and have a pie warmer its pretty good I also had one pissed after the pub. Just microwaved. I hate chicken pies but this was ok. id never buy it again though.

I had the King Island party pies the other day and they were mostly gravy and very little beef. I wont be buying them again. I must say that it's good to see a chicken pie with gravy instead of white sauce which I hate.
As a Four N Twenty pie employee I can confirm, these pies are a great way to use our scraps, and floor cuttings from the chicken carcasses 😂. AND- If you are lucky enough, you will find a bone or 2!

I'm surprised the tomato sauce didn't make it better for you. It would for me as I find tomato sauce sweet which would help cut through the salt and cool it all down as well
