- The n-th Quarter Final, we have two interesting teams: Gonville & Caius - Cambridge (which members' looks have elicited interest from some people) against Magdalen - Oxford (With the always wonderful Quinn and without the unliked Armitage, this time). Original air date 2.3.2013. Sorry for the delay, I've been a little bit lazy recently.
Binnie has to be one of the most pleasant captains in UC's history. Composed max.
wrting this before the game begins this is probably one of my dream matches
Tough draw for these two teams, clearly among the favorites to win. I expect both to end up in the semi-finals; ideally, not playing against each other. Martinelli and Binnie are my two favorite captains, and I like their oddball sidekicks Loveday and Quinn. (Loveday and Quinn become more likable with each passing round. Loveday in particular.)
Gonville&Caius deserved to win. I quite like their style!
eboytc I agree. They are a balanced team, good without being showy. Earlier in the series, I thought Loveday was weird. But he turns out to be very good, but still humble and appears to be a nice guy.

Gonville&Caius my favourite team, very well done! I shouted out John Locke right with Loveday and we rekt Quinn.

The automatic closed-captioning is so incompetent that it becomes hilarious! These software companies make billions off us -- can they not hire some human transcribers? Alaska won the world chess championship!
The Cambridge team was having a bad day--unfortunately, it happens to even the best--but if ever up against Gabriel Trueblood of Oxford-St. Peter's or Fred Harvey of Durham, anybody and everybody would have a bad day.

Loveday will never be handsome but, oh, that hair doesn't help.
Tim Donahue He doesn't need to be handsome - he's intelligent and has an interesting and characterful face, moreover he's got a great smile, good style and is actually quite striking.Give me those characteristics over 'handsome' any day! (Mrs L - no relation to Ted by the way - as far as I know!)
