The xtorq engines are really good in my opinion. I go with my husqvarna machines over my Stihl because of the flawless reliabilty compared to constant niggling issues such as bogging and hot starting issues with stihl machines.

Yeh the xtorq engines are not bad, I will put this one to the test. I don't have any running issues with my stihl kit, i find most equipment these days needs the carb tweaking for optimal running and performance. Cheers 👍

I just bought it but why does it sound and tremble like that down in the angle like it’s broken when I pull the trigger it kinda needs a sec to actually spin the blade or string … is it just husqvarna things or mine is problematic coz my older Kawasaki just goes normally when I open the throttle

I like something not too heave when on a mowing round. Save energy where possible as you know it can be a long day!

Same here mate, the lighter the better. Its finding that balance of power/weight you need for the job at hand that isnt going to cane your body. 👍

What is for the automatic run? Thanks!

The switch hasn't got a dedicated STOP/OFF position if that makes sense, so its always ON when you go to pull it over. 👍

I do not agree with you. The harness is not the best, but it's enough for the price imo. The handles cheap? All the plastic is high quality on this one. I suggest you compare this to the Stihl FS 235. That thing costs more, looks worse, has much worse plastic all around. This machine is very good quality, the only thing I don't like, is that the head gives too much string, and it doesn't need too big of a tap.

Thanks for your opinion. This strimmer retails for £410+ here in the UK and for that price imo it should have a better harness. RE the handles, I have a stihl fs56 which is considerably cheaper and that has a nice RUBBERISED handle and is far better quality than this ones.
I dont think we get the stihl fs235 here in the uk so cant comment, maybe the quality of models differs around the world. 👍

@@RJLgardens Yeah, I mean they are not rubberised for sure, but the material itself is sturdy, and not a cheap one. But I get you. I think the 535 Rx might have that. It costs around the same here. Mine is more than 6 years old now, and it was 305 pounds back then. They went up a bit for sure.
