you need to supply Line Voltage to the common of internal relay in PLC which is Q1...Q4. if you are not going to supply voltage then you cannot pass the voltage to its Normal Open Contact.

that depends on the program, if you want, you can control all out with 1 input or else you can control all 4 with different 4 or more inputs. depends on the programming.

Why are number 1 in outputs Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 connected to L1 line? Doesn't the output already come from inputs? What is the use for the other then?

actually he made a mistake. the power supply for LOGO is 24V dc it is L+ and M as Minus. and not L and N
