Looks like a beautiful piece. Congrats on your acquisition it’s an old video, looking forward on what you did with it. I was initially looking for troubleshooting videos on the 450c. Cheers 🍻
Congrats Paw. Looks like you got a deal. Guess it isn't close to the old Peavine. There is plenty of land up that way how much is an acre of property in your county. Can one do a tree farm out there?
When I got my first big lot it was $1,950 per acre and that was 13.325 acres. The 27 acres I got like 2 years later was $2,300 per acre. I am about 10 minutes from the Peavine in Rarden.
Here where we live the Russians and the Ukrainians pay extremely high prices for any property so it’s useless to try and get any. Nice piece of property! Thanks!
Wow that’s interesting! We actually have a 300 acre tract not far away owned by a Russian. I heard from people I know that tried to get in there to cut timber got ran out by him with AK 47s. His property has an easement through it.
@@Paw95 Well, even the most assimilated foreigner likes to keep some part of home. Sounds like other than the model choice, he's pretty 'murican now though. lol

Thank you very much! I’ll be making more videos of that 450c again soon. Will be the injection pump and injectors probably.
Congratulations!
Very cool Preston! A rod is 16.5 feet in length. I figure you know that, but if you didn`t, there you go!
It’s always interesting to read old deeds around here. I had it all converted at one time to feet and inches but lost it.
Congratulations on the property! I think it smart to have it surveyed!
Yeah I will sometime but it’s inside my other property so not much of a big deal. Thanks for watching.
Nice quiet little neck of the woods, F'n right man. 👍🏻
You got that right!
