Accident of Birth is my favorite Iron Maiden album (that Maiden never did). Dickinson, Smith, Z and company killed it. I agree, if this had had the Iron Maiden brand name on it, a lot of the material from this record would be live standards.

I kind of put both Taking the Queen and Darkside of Aquarius into one story line. I wish I had some film footage of Hindu battles. That would fit better. But again the two songs fit together into one story line in my interpretation. The story of Royalty love broken apart by death, to be joined together again.

When Bruce left Maiden I stopped listening to them as they are unseparable! When I did see a new singer with short hair I said who the fuck is that singer? BRUCE !! Got back to see Maiden again!!!

That voice! Great song! But let's face it Iron Maiden is a much better band. And the production side of this recording doesn't draw out the performance, the bass guitar is out of focus in the mix, the drums are almost mono and too far back in the mix, and the stereo guitar tracks sound too much alike, bordering on big mono. From about 3:39 to 4:39, the guitars are in focus, and when it empties out I can hear the bass sounds good in the clean environment, but not when it's heavy. Bruce sounds fantastic throughout, his voice alone saves the recording.
What is this Lord of the Rings bullshit? This has absolutely nothing to do with... ugh If anything, go with Final Fantasy 9. At least in that, "GARGANT ROO! GARGANT ROO GARGANT ROO GARGANT ROO GARGANT ROO!" actually matches!
