Luckily I had Medb available to kick Merlin to pieces and mop up what was left of Karna after my Assassin and Caster died getting rid of X and his first break bar. It kept me from getting overwhelmed while I had my Grailef Billy sneak around back and start blasting M's bodyguard squad.
One servant I don't see people talking about is Kingprotea. She's an absolute beast due to her np resist and increasing health. Gao!

I used her because I wanted to test if the break bar gave her even the Max HP and she does, so I revive with 60k and like 17k attack to whoop dat ass

How to Win at Grail Front
Step 1: Get Heracles.
Step 2: Get Heracles to lvl 80 Bond 10.
Step 3: Use his Bond CE.
Step 4: Attack first when possible.
Step 5: Spam B.
Step 6: ???
Step 7: Basaka is the strongest in the world!
Until you're on the map that won't let you run berserkers

Guts is the most powerful tool in this game mode, especially perma guts like Kama's + she has a 4k heal so when there is assassin spot she can solo
Grailed to 100, bond CE, and the recent buff, it appears that my boi Herc, who carried me through several singularities and events when I was a noob master years ago, is about to have some fun again.

Here never die. And the one time he did due to my inexperience, he cripple the enemy so badly the game is won.
All of the "budget" ST servants are busted here, Ushiwakamaru, Caesar, Ryougi Shiki, Cu, even Medea with her almost constant up time on her np does really well in this game mode. Also, if you can force the enemy master into a corridor, you can just use positioning to win instead of relying strictly on servant battles.
Remember to love your berserkers guys, they always save your ass - someone who for three consecutive grail fronts, always has Cu Alter as the last man standing

You know most of my ace like Enkidu and Herc are the first to die because they always absorb the brunt of enemy fire.
But Kama… wow the girl just stand by you to the very end

Literally just throwing Herc at the first two days won them for me but I'm sure it will get more complex from here on out. Thankfully, I have backup options.
Pretty much any self sufficient Servant, a soloer, or someone that is a powerful self sufficient beat stick is AMAZING for this mode. Servants that have survivability excel as well so long as you can utilize those effects properly.
Herc, Caenis, Sitonai, QSH, Cu, Cu Alter, Mash, and more are pretty great if you have them built. There are a lot of ways you can win such as with legit strats or cheese so keep finding ways that work best for you and your Chaldea.

What is the best CE for QSH and Cu?
Unless your strat is murder the master then it gets a but more complicated.
That is how i completed today's grail front when i baited the ai enough to do so
@@muchluck7981 Not really if you're smart on placement and who you attack. Certain Servants do amazing in this mode over others. Today for example was probably my easiest day because I learned and understood the mechanics better
@@Sleepyduo38 Cu and QSH can actually go without CEs due to their survivability. I would recommend though for QSH that you give him something that increases his NP gain so he can spam his NP much more. Starting charge also helps. You're pretty much going to make him a protective wall instead of using Mash if that's your preferred playstyle. Cu will just beat a couple Servants through sheer attrition with or without a CE.
If you want to give Cu one I'd recommend anything that increases his damage so he can at least 2 turn the enemy he's fighting especially if he's hitting neutral effectiveness
You forget our nugget Kama. The one time my herc got caught out position, she carried the rest of the battle. Charm, Gut, Heal, NP charge she is highly trustworthy teammate who save my ass from several insurmountable odd.
In most frail front I win by killing everyone… and it is ridiculous how Kama is so good at this.
Here's a Servant that does a lot better in the Grail Front than you'd expect:
Nero-she's got 2 separate heals and a triple guts. First day's battle she took out all but one of the enemy Servants for me and didn't even get her bar broken.
On a related note, if you can afford to fall back after using a turn for applying buffs, the duration of buffs and debuffs is strictly tied to standard gameplay 'turns,' but skill cooldowns work off of the Map turns, so if you find yourself in a poor position with a Servant, but a skill that could fix it is on cool down, you can just work some other angles in the meantime and come back to that Servant when their skills are back up.

Sasaki and Cu are absolutely Godly in this game mode, in the 2nd grail front I think he got three kills and killed the enemy master, while Cu held back 3 four or five stars across the map.

Kama quickly become the MVP of grailfront. Nugget win me several victory when even Enkidu fall short via her NP, charm, heal, gut and 50 NP charge.

Trickery is the way to go. l solo'd yesterdays version with ruler artoria. Pretended to attack servants then suddenly changed my mind and went for the master, the fools only had lakshmibai to defend. Once l put in 2 hits, the rider chick started rushing back to base but it was too late.
Its a pretty fun mode that lets you use some brain, hopefully today's version is just as fun
Qin Shi Huang solo'd the second grail front for me. It was honestly impressive how survivable he is.
Second grail is easy.
I'll make my own fun and throw 3 stars or units I never use at it. and a Hercules when I get bored of that and need to go unga bunga
fujino is surprisingly really good, self buffs, decent np, has a guts ability, just a good solo servant in general
To be honest my strategy for winning the past two grail fronts is to just bait the Ai with two servants and rushing the master in any chance i get. it worked out for me, its quite fun to see how the servants are trying to run towards their master, that already lost a bar of health.
QSH is uniquely made to exploit the quirks in Grail Front's mechanics
In a nutshell: throw in herc
QSH basically soloed day 2 for me.
So in today's node I slap meunire while ozy watching
Also medea get to kill all the assassins alone yesterday. She carries my node more than cu so good thing I grailed her
Today's grail front was weird. I was able to cheeze it because for some reason the enemy decided that they aren't gonna move forward, not gonna attack, just switch between two. This allowed me to skip turn and get medea's first skill for free np, cu's evade for free turn of not getting damage (though that backfired a little since he was holding of lartoria alter, who's np ignores defensive abilities), and ofc my gurl kama was able to absolutely dominate, going as far as to constantly stack second skills buff and often leading to multiple np's in short time. Honestly worst thing for me was deciding if I should buff an unit with mystic code - I don't want to end turn without enemy dead but at same time, I don't want np to kill them as overkill gives extra stars and np gain.
I found that the Yang Guifei CE is surprisingly good here. Since you are mostly attacking with face card and soloing is very common, you should have no problem proc Burn command code consistently and get the juicy 30-40% extra dmg.
So glad I rolled for Shi Huangdi during his last banner, he makes this event so much easier.
My formation for grail front is always to put the master in the middle, surrounded by servants, all while moving forward to the enemy territory. This usually works especially when you have the class advantage. The AI usually send his servants far and wide, leaving the master behind with little to no defense lol
But need to be cautious ofc because the AI *will always* attack you whenever they can 💀 moving in groups will enable you to join the fight with multiple servants too, which can be nice

Herc it is
Gonna be honest, Kiara was my MVP of the second shadow front.
Her np heals to almost max, 3rd skill has invul, has a 50 percent battery, and has passive 16 percent defense against most servants.
She solo’d both Drake and Stheno with barely and health loss.
I also believe in Beast 3, but for me it is nugget. Believe in the almighty sharm and the power of guts.
major vouch for solo sufficient servants. been using super orion and buster bunga is great
I can personally vouch for Caenis. While RNG decided not to give me at least two copies of the one Servant I had been looking forward to the most since The Lostbelts started...
I was able to max her skills, gave her some Fous and Grails, Command Codes, and coupled her with maxed Anniversary Blonde Mystic Code. She was every bit as brutal as you'd expect and won the 7th Grail Front with her. It was fun.

as a beginner I can't 1v1 servants in this event, so I just send everyone to every line so that I can reach the enemy master asap and take him down

Step 2: Go full Illya mode and immediately sic him on the enemy master with zero regard for _anyone's_ safety.

yep cu alter with max aerial drive solo with the 2 first grail fronts and solo maou nobu in the third was all it took for me
I just got done with a fight where it was down to me and Hans Christian Anderson running around the stage trying to avoid getting run over by Medusa for several turns while trying to pin down Mr. M. This game mode can create a lot of wacky situations that would be interesting to watch if it was in a fate anime.
I can only imagine a servant beating the shit out of him while Gudao just watches from afar.
I found cu normal to be a great servant and cigarette lion mordred to be pretty good

Waiver, Qui Shi Huang, and Orion saved me. Honestly don't know how I would have won without them.
This was an incredibly fun event. The cost limit was extremely annoying since that means no CE's, but the challenge also made it fu .It would be great to see it more. Now Im stuck in farming hell. Im aiming for 100 cycles, but hoenstly I might just stop soon, nearing 50.

Still frustrating as hell...I don't have a ton of leveled low-stars, and I can't even beat the first map because of the stupid Carmilla...most of my leveled Servants are Female....ans her NP does Bonus Damage to Females.

You can do a flank strat where you send two as a bait and missile one character into the master repeatedly since that attack isn't stat dependent.
Probably surprising absolutely no one, Giga Chad Orion is an absolutely brutal unit for this. The man was meant to solo things. Slap a scope on him, pop his NP and then click red till dead.
J'zerker is a very strong pick with Honey Lake. Constant burns, Buster Chains, evade and a charge just make everything burn to a crisp *chef's kiss*. And mine isn't even NP5!
Summer Martha, is a one tough girl in this game mode. can tank, can self heal and can dish out enough damage
OG Cu is made for this, LET THE DOGS OUT PEOPLE
Is there a way to increase the party cost limit? Or does it just naturally get higher as you progress through the 7 fronts?

Only day 4 but so far Herc and Kama have carried my whole ass through, and I expect them to continue doing so for the rest of the event. One thing that really bugs me is that Grail Front is quite time-consuming, and pairing it with a lotto seriously does NOT help. And what's with the super low cost limit anyway? I had to go without CEs most of the time. Not fun. I might consider skipping future GF events should they raise the difficulty any higher.
Herc and Cu can absolutely wreck this. Guts in my opinion are the strongest thing in this game, but survivability in general are the strongest
First two were Heracles crushing everyone, then the next 4 were Kama NP'ing, criting and charm locking. Killed all the servants on the first one only, the rest taking out the master. Just the last one left tomorrow.
Herc + Bond CE = EZ
Front 4 is hard. The 3 assassins just keep NPing my Caster.
Is the enemy strength arbitrary?
I selected some LVL 60 and 70 servants, the enemy got some 65- to 75-ish, but they have 5-8 times the HP and high attack.
It's just silly?
I could just solo everything with Cu Alter and make the whole event a joke... I could... Or I could use my grailed Mephi and make my enemies feel *true* despair like no other. I mean come on, what other servant has a skill that's literally laughing at my opponent so hard they can't even use their buffs anymore? Third skill is literally just a taunt button and for a pvp event like this I don't even need to consider other options.

mash is super useful in this gamemode, just spam her np and nobody even her dad's boss can beat her

Just use a servant to stall him while you sneak someone else towards Meuniere

I almost exclusively use my grails to gold-ify low-rarity servants whom I feel deserve to be golden. As a result, my grails seldom impact my gameplay much… so having them pay off so hard here has been nice.
Cuserker was an obvious MVP, but standard Cu and Robin Hood can hit like trucks and stick around.
just solo'ed astolfo and arthur proto with kojiro while my kagetora sneak out to take down "ass fat man". i lost at the previous one, enemy's stheno freaking obliterate my team ahahaha. overall a fun event
I used Kama… nugget roll Arthur and Astolfo then proceed to carry the game. Permanent gut was a ridiculous invention.

Do you earn rewards more than once? Because only have 3 maps and you need 7 Tears to get 1 Grail
No you can't. There are three different rotations of free quests and grail front quests. When you go to the main menu you can see underneath the button that takes you to the event the remaining time left until the next rotation of quests is

I love this mode, though not enough to not miss the daily high difficulty non-continuable challenges.

That is my plan today. But today was quite something… being utterly surrounded. My team of Han, Enkidu and Kama is underseige and I don’t get the double team mechanic yet so Han is literally the dead weight. Enkidu manage to kill Hassan but Lalter get him with an NP. Then Kama endgame the last serenity and come to kick Lalter back to the bench. I decide to split the team in to with Han ATK the mater while Kama act as a huge distraction.
Turn out the distraction bodies Medusa and injured the fuck out of Atalanta…
In the end Menuire have one HP left and all Nugget skill are of Cooldown and I finish the by Samsara Atalanta
It is fun. Nugget is getting the grail as a reward.

For newbies on the game like me,its very hard to win if u only got shitty servants☹️☹️☹️,so this event will be pass for me and focus on my daily rewards instead😒😒😒😒
You don't have to fight the servants, lure the minions away from the master, while you attack by surprise with one of yours, always focus on the master, that's how I completed all the maps, I used Mash and Ereshkigal that has [Invincible] to lured the enemy servants, while attacking the master from behind.

It's actually illegal to miss lottery events in this game. The grail front will give you a grail too later on.
