The woman who said "He's just doing his job" is Baroness Chakrabarti. She is the former director of Liberty, so she should be one of the first to support you in what you are doing. Those two cops are devastated how informed you are. Itching to mess you up.

@Culture Vulture Papi Travels Being British, we are free to do what we want unless it is unlawful or illegal. The courts haven't decided live streaming is "communication" and so until then it isn't unlawful or illegal - that's my guess anyway. It probably comes down to the definition of publishing/broadcasting and if it applies to a live stream or twitter post etc - Google argues that they are not publishing or broadcasting, but juries think the internet is broadcasting because they are a bit thick.

There's become a new 'law enforcement class' and they're going to do everything they can to protect the political and social elite who empower them and allow them to violate the rights of the citizenry with near-impunity. This is why you see so much of an overreaction when people are filming large businesses and/or anywhere the political and wealthy class gather and next to no reaction when crimes are committed out in the community.

Why do you think people call police these names? Why are they so despised in the community? I'll tell you why. It's because so many of them are willing to bully a citizen out of their rights, it's because cops are now the tool the government uses to protect its donor base - the corporations - from protest action, it's because so many people have poor experiences with police when they've had property and crimes of violence committed against them, it's because police are the ultimate hypocrites who'll fine or arrest a person for a crime that they or their colleagues will commit with impunity...

It is clear PTTP is a top level auditor who seems duty bound to do what he does for the right reasons. He is polite and efficient and very effective in his education duties. A pleasure to watch and very entertaining as the ball is clearly put in the court of the subject - meaning only they can redeem themselves. PTTP makes such audits look effortless. PTTP has to be a most (perhaps the most) formidable auditing opponent, but seems to welcome dialogue and always accepts constructive criticism or remarks in a gracious way. This was a pleasure to watch and the 'London Trilogy' is auditing legend in the making and an auditing epic - fantastic.

If your job revolves around dealing with unpleasant characters and criminals, you probably become quite jaded and assumptive of people’s actions. She does not need to know any details about the conversation before she arrived or for that matter any knowledge of any law she plays a large part in creating. The 'Westminster Hospital' seems to have been converted to luxury flats. We visited the Supreme Court during an open day and although a nice building, it lacks prestige - especially compared to the Court of Appeal (Royal Courts of Justice) building.

In 1831, a new site at the Broad Sanctuary opposite Westminster Abbey was acquired, and a new and spacious hospital building was completed and opened in 1834, of an embattled quasi-Gothic character, erected by Messrs. Inwood at a cost of £40,000. The hospital was situated by the Broad Sanctuary and the northern side of the nave of Westminster Abbey, between the Sessions House and Victoria Street, and accommodated about 200 in-patients, and the total number of patients relieved annually, in an 1878 account, was about 20,000. According to the same 1878 description, "Patients are admitted by order from a governor, except in cases of accident, which are received, without recommendation, at all hours of the day or night".[2] It was the first subscription hospital erected in London, and was incorporated in 1836.[2]

@@OncleM Agreed that the CPS would pick it up and then drop it. But the principle would still be valid and it would still worry the cop till the CPS took over the case.
But as I said, it would need a principled rich person to start the ball rolling. All cops are lucky up till now. But the first one to harass a rich principled person will lose, and it would start a chain reaction. Just like more and more people are realising that they can sue the police over many different things when the cops fuck it up.

As for putting your hand threw the fence to take a picture - you part own that place so how can you be trespassed? The grounds cannot be restricted as there is no sensitive information littering the grass is there? As for the two punks questioning this man with a camera. How dare they follow this man who can film anything he can see in public. It is an outrage! Are they taking tourists detail for photography.....no.....so they are just picking on the host community. I wonder if they have gone out and harassed google street. Until they do they can get lost. Imagine this pair dealing with children! This is an abuse of authority under the colour of law. Then having the nerve to ask about his plans for the day. What country do they think they are in - millions of people fought and died for our freedom and this pair think they can trample on their graves of our heroes. HEY COP YOU DO NOT HAVE POWER YOU ONLY HAVE AUTHORITY - ONLY A JUDGE AND A JURY HAVE POWER! TYRANTS NEVER LEARN!
