      Agreed!
Auditing Mabton has been exposing Mabton's tyrannical public servants for a while, and I.AM.FREE recently went there to follow up.
When he went there, he interviewed the former mayor, who shared the current mayor has been costing taxpayers twice as much by renting space outside city hall. And taxpayers didn't know and weren't asked about it.

The unemployment agency during covid in this area rented out 2 whole floors of a giant building, But then was impossible to contact, wouldnt let you in, took 6 months to get an appointment just to show them my ID card for benefits after they shut down restaurants. When I did get the appointment and was allowed in, They had all of 3 desks of the entire floor in use. They could have rented a small storage unit and had enuf space to do the work they were doing, but instead rented out 2 entire floors of tall city building. Massive waste of tax dollars. Its the same as the DMV where you go there, they have like 15-20 computers and service windows that we've paid for, but they only using 2-3 of them.

BAT is not a customer. Other than a token transaction of the FOIA request, he never conducts official business. He's nothing more than a self style social media policeman. Plus I have never seen video footage of him actually engaging with employees like a normal human being: when was the last time he did conduct official business? When was the last time he fully identified himself, even if just by his first name? When was the last time he contacted a gov't facility and offered to give a seminar on 1A rights and working with the public? Like a professional consultant would do?
These mickey mouse tactics he uses would be almost laughable if he didn't have the support of so many gullible followers and legal backup. But then one could say the same thing about mafioso types. He basically has the perfect extortion gig.

That's really interesting because I watched the whole video (again) just to confirm my suspicion. At the following time stamps they specifically request his name and he expressly refuses to give it: 13:21 13:37 18:20 21:28. CAN he refuse to give it? Of course. But in your comment you state "He gives it out all the time". Well he doesn't here.
"This is more about the way public employees treat the public. If us as US citizens want to be rude we can. A lot of us just choose not to be. When they are being paid by tax dollars. They have to deal with all different types of people so they need thick skin."
Sure if you want to be rude you can. The problem is just because something is possible or legal to do doesn't mean it is beneficial or won't have some consequences in the long run. It is absolutely legal to be rude to my boss if I want to be. But I won't have a job for long. There's a saying I read years ago: "You give attitude, you get attitude". What you give to the universe, the universe gives back. You want to be an entitled, condescending jerk to the public employees and expect them to smile and be pleasant back? Good luck.
"Most of his videos just show authoritarian ownership of publicly funded buildings /employees. "
I don't know whether to laugh or cry reading this. I could get into the whole "limited public forum" discussion and the rights of the local head to restrict freedom of speech per the nature of the facility, but that's a whole topic.
" It's not that hard to understand Mr. Fake TH-cam name @JohnSmith-ji2ys "
Ahh... Another ad hominem attack. Nice. And so your real name is @aday_the_great then?
"Why do people like you struggle with accountability so much? Anyone with integrity or a clear conscience will openly welcome a camera in their face. Not hide under a desk like some of these people."
Oh the irony!!!! Mr. BAT never identifies himself or the specific nature of his story. From what I understand he always wears sunglasses, a gator, cap, non-descript clothing, etc. Talk about hiding!!! He makes demands on the employees to go way above and beyond the call of duty. And that's not to mention the call flooding and harassment the employees receive that inevitably follows because someone refuses to give that smile he so richly deserves, so he's going to teach them a lesson they'll never forget and put them on blast !!!
Mr. BAT apparently must come from royalty. Why can't these employees see that they need to act like a maitre d' at a high end restaurant or a concierge at the embassy suites?

Yes. I would have to review the video (again!!), but that's probably true. As I think I have mentioned in other comments, these videos are carefully edited to create a narrative. And BAT, just like any other frauditor, will say certain things that are partially true and at best misleading. Especially when it comes to explaining the law. His power comes from taking advantage of the ignorance of the employees, the managers, the police, etc. Not to mention I think he selectively focuses on more rural areas that don't have funding to fight him legally. The guy is very smart, I'll give him credit. And it can take months or years to change laws and policy, while BAT can pivot on a dime. The laws need to be changed to address this kind of extortion activity. They need to get the state DA involved, and perhaps even the FBI.

He is able to live for the most part normally, he just cannot see people’s faces, he can’t read at all, he can’t drive, he cannot see far away whatsoever, and he needs reading glasses to see anything up close, but still cannot read. He is able to walk around and look like he can see just fine to people who don’t know (he has mastered this over 20+ years of having the disease). He even works full time and most of the people he works with do not know he cannot see for shit. He cannot use a computer…. Every time I see a public employee refuse to give someone information, like in the end of this video, it makes me think of him and just get furious. If he walked up to the front desk and asked if they could provide him with someone’s name, ect. They need to just do it. He should not have to explain that he is mostly blind to everyone in the fucking room, that is his private medical information… and he personally refuses to disclose that like whatsoever. If that happened to him he would just say okay and leave and never get the information he needed, I know him too well. Same for when a member of the public asks for the employee to take the public records request verbally. They should just say okay yeah no problem, let me get a piece of paper to write it down for you. Nobody should have to go back and forth with them, or beg them to do so, to where you get to the point you end up having to tell them I am fucking blind out of frustration for everyone in the lobby to hear. That is literally the damn reason why the law is written that way. This also infuriates me when police officers point to their badge and say “Right Here” when asked their information, for the exact same reason. He would never be able to see that even if they walked up close to him and pointed it out. JUST SAY THE FUCKING NAME ANS BADGE NUMBER. Is it really that difficult? Nobody should have to disclose their personal medical information out loud like that. Do you know how many people in this country are visually impaired? Millions. And there are hundreds of thousands of people who you would never know they are some level of visually impaired by just looking at them, or that they are not able to do certain things because of that. Some more so than others. It’s disgusting at best. How in the world are there no trainings at any police departments or offices of public services on people who may have a disability that might not be readily visible on the outside, or any other disability. How have they not read the damn FOIA law? Just once at least? I think of my grandpa every single time I see this in a video, and for all of the other people just like him. Disgusting.*

Love your work. I’m so happy to see you back. You do some of the best work that I’ve seen. Makes me happy to see that you go to school districts. I used to work for them and they act like they own you.♥️

I love it when you show what is legally required of public employees, the look of surprise on their face is priceless! You are the goat of doing that.

That second video was fire, and those government employees were on point. That clip should be in future training videos.

This is one of my favorite channels. It's really all I watch. I really enjoy watching all these videos and learning. I always get a kick out of watching all the non sense 😂 People not knowing the law.

First words out of Sabina's mouth "Hey! Who are you with?! " Then proceeds to lie about construction and the building be secure.. WOW! Absolutely abhorrent behavior. This person needs to be fired Immediately.

    Bay Area Transparency,
I've been following your work for a while now, and I'm genuinely inspired by your dedication to uncovering the truth. Your ability to break down complex legal issues into understandable terms is truly impressive.
Your meticulous research and insightful commentary have not only informed me but also motivated me to pursue my own journalistic endeavors. I'm currently working on building my own media company, Remain Silent Press, and I hope to emulate your commitment to quality journalism.
I've already uncovered some disturbing issues here in the PNW, and I'm eager to share my findings with the public in a way that's both informative and engaging. Your channel has been a great model for me to follow.
If you're ever in the area, I'd love to connect and discuss our shared passion for investigative journalism.
Thanks again for all your hard work.
    Sincerely,
    A Friend
