Tony - I specialize in intellectual property law; don't worry so much about copyright law in this educational context. You can certainly play this tune, outline the chords, explain how the voicings work, provide the underlying music theory, etc. without running afoul of any copyright interest. This is just a "fair use" under applicable copyright law. Your videos are terrific and informative. Please keep doing that. David
Thanks David, I haven't gotten any of the dreaded copyright strikes, just had to share a bit of the revenue which at this point isnt big enough to worry about. I appreciate your insight.
Brilliant lesson as usual I love the way you explain harmony ..…and …you have a very natural crooning voice ..hope you’re using it at gigs … Peter …from the the UK
Well, how delightful to stumble across this video! I'm just at home during a pandemic, singing some tunes and was looking for a good key for I've Got You Under My Skin. And you are totally charming, and have such insightful things to say. I'm a late jazz bloomer (singer), but I'm in it to win it. This is awesome information for someone like me.
You're actually a legend. I've been doing jazz piano for ages and I was listening to monty Alexander on Earnest Ranglin's 'Below the bassline' in the womb. He's incredible. Thanks for all the inspirational videos, I think I sound sick until I listen to you and then i'm reminded of how far I still have to go (but in a good way not a depressing one) :)
Amazing performance. I quite like the way you showed the chords. I wish I could get another video much slower to capture the exact melody in detail as well as the harmony. thanks a lot.
If Frank were still around and making great recordings and doin’ live gigs, I would bet that he would be hiring Tony Winston as his piano accompaniment. Take care!

This is the best piano version I've ever heard of this. Rewatched many many times over
