I got same issue with my R50i, Left Bud can't pair.. i'd try to reset and now Left bud is okay but the Right bud have the same problem again and vice versa
@@Alfonfix Try leaving it out of the box without connecting to any device for more than a minute, then press both headphones for 10 seconds. If the sound appears from one headphone, press the other headphone from which the sound did not appear for a short time. You will hear its sound turn off, then press and hold it to turn it back on. Then press and hold both headphones for 10 seconds. You will hear the reset sound. The problem will be solved if the pairing sound appears at the same time on both headphones. If the problem is not solved, repeat the steps.
If you are using Anker R50i like me and you have a (usually left) headset with low sound, you are probably watching this video for it. Unfortunately resetting does not solve this problem (usually). Try resetting it a couple of times at first (probably won't work). If it doesn't work, follow this link. I didn't think it would work either, but it did. But I advise you not to remove the grill like in the video. Just poke two holes with a sharp needle. And please apply this method when you feel that there is no method left. I don't recommend drilling more than 2 holes, because more holes means more dirt that can get in.
