Do their earbuds work without the app? I don't agree with their privacy terms because they seem very intrusive towards privacy. I ordered a pair the other day and am waiting for delivery, but after taking a look on the google play store I don't really want them anymore.
I just downloaded Soundcore app and connected my earbuds OK, but some features of the app don't do anything when I touch them. They are at the bottom of the first screen. A musical note icon, a play icon and a 3 line burger menu. Any idea why these don't work?
Mine just won't connect to the app for some reason. It can detect the device, it can pair the device, but when I tried to connect my device to it, it just says retry I tried everything, I reinstalled the app, I tried unpairing the device from my phone, I tried resetting the device, ofc I tried turning it off and on again, but nothing works smh
@RyeTechYT It plays on TH-cam Music but when I watch TH-cam videos, the sound comes out of my phone speakers instead? I reinstalled TH-cam Music so it was okay but TH-cam still won't come out of the earbuds when I played the videos. I can only reinstall TH-cam Music but not TH-cam itself because it only downgrade to factory settings. Please help me 😢

Yes you can, it's on touch control
it seems the EQ is not working whenever I change it from one to another. I do not notice any difference though.

Same here. It worked for a couple days and now it won't connect to the app. Can't reach customer service. Thinking of returning them today
