.. then why are they in the business? because it is profitable.
I own 3 businesses and yes, there are a lot of laws and regulations... but it's nothing to be afraid of. if you have a passion, you can do it. that is what is needed in ANY business.

WOBBLIN GOBBLIN American states are different, California is waaaayyyyyyyy more restrictive and over-regulated than most other states in the USA. That is why California is going broke and also why President Trump won. People are sick and fucking tired of government taking their money and opportunities away from them.

I mean its needed right ? in order to keep it clean, safe and regulated. Its not that im a safety and quality engineer or whatever (which i am heh)...you should check out some business going on in some other countries... flooded with rats and cockroaches! All of this permits and requirements are built to ensure Health and Safety.

Just go into whatever county you live in health department on line and download there rules and regulations booklet.it explain exactly the requirements for you to build a foodtruck
Certain countries in ga you have to have a permit per event.
These inspection guys, i bet love their jobs.... having so much power over peoples, the same with police guys thinking they are more/better/greater then the rest of us.
Papy Choelo well a police man doesn't think there better than us actually there putting themselves in danger for us and getting hurt or even killed for us we should be thankful.

In my years of working with inspectors, all you have to do is be yourself. Dont try to fake like you like them, dont look at them like you hate them. Just be yourself, and if you're in the business for these type of services, you should already have good customer skills.
I worked with 6 inspectors that come to our warehouse for inspection. They all like me, I like them. They are humans, not robots out to destroy you. treat them like a person and they will be good to you.

Good video, people keep saying its "scaring others", but its just prudent advice on what most people are unaware of. And for those saying "government this, government that", its because people can die...those same people would say "where was the government making sure it was safe." Business licenses for public services have been around FOR A LONG TIME. Health inspections came about (THANKFULLY) because people would get sick. All are there for a reason. Deregulation leads to disaster, free enterprise services the bottom dollar, not the well being of people...America hasn't ever learned that lesson

I was on an outdoor event recently and the food truck and the hot dog guys and the Taco Lady and the coffee people all sold out of their product. Business was booming I saw it first-hand. It was profitable that's why they do it.

I did glean a few useful tips from this video BUT this and every other similar video keep reiterating the same BS. OF COURSE you need permits & licenses, etc.! Tell me something I don't know! That's the whole reason I'm researching and watching these videos.
